Thus, you can export your high-resolution maps in the most suitable dimensions for printing on regular printers, as well as on plotters or large-scale commercial printers. The exported high-resolution route images can be used for training your team of drivers, facility use, or for instances when there are no electronic devices available due to an emergency (i.e., natural disasters, terrorist attacks, long-term internet outages, etc.).
Exporting Route Maps from the Routes List
To export high-resolution route maps from the Routes List, first, go to Routes List from the navigation menu.
Next, click on the gear icon next to the multi stop route from which you want to export a high-resolution map and then select Export → Export Route Map Picture → Select the map orientation (Landscape or Portrait) → Select the preferred map resolution.
Exporting Route Maps from the Route Editor
To export high-resolution route maps from the Route Editor, first, open the route from which you want to export a high-resolution map in the Route Editor.
Next, go to File and then select Download As → Export Route Map Picture → Select the map orientation (Landscape or Portrait) → Select the preferred map resolution.
Exporting Route Maps from the Routes Map
To export high-resolution route maps from the routes on the Routes Map, first, go to Routes Map from the navigation menu.
Next, select the route from which you want to export a high-resolution map, go to File and then select Download As → Export Route Map Picture → Select the map orientation (Landscape or Portrait) → Select the preferred map resolution.
High-resolution route maps are exported in the PNG file format. Route4Me allows you to export route maps with 1000 megapixels quality so that the exported maps can be printed on regular printers, as well as on plotters or commercial printers. The higher resolution on the exported maps, the more details you can view on the image when zooming in.
