Contact Route4Me’s Customer Success Department – Web
At Route4Me, we avoid single points of failure. Thus, depending on the nature of your request, you can get in touch with us in multiple ways. Either you are an existing customer or a user without an account, Route4Me’s Customer Success Department is always ready to help you with any issues or questions that you may have when using our route optimization services. You can also browse through our Knowledge Base to learn more about using the Route4Me Route Optimization Web Platform, as well as Route4Me’s iOS and Android multi stop route planner apps.
If you don’t have a registered Route4Me account, you can get in touch with us right from the front page of the Route4Me Website. To do so, first, go to “More” and then select “Contact Us” from the menu.
Next, fill out the corresponding contact form describing your question or issue, and then click on the “Submit” button to send us your request.
Alternatively, you can use the live chat to instantly get in touch with one of our representatives. To do so, first, click on “Chat with a Pro Now” in the bottom right corner of the screen.
After that, fill out your contact information, select the department you would like to get in touch with, and then click on the “Start the Chat” button accordingly.
To open the support chat from any screen when you are logged into your Route4Me account, first, click on the chat icon in the bottom left corner of the navigation menu. After that, fill out the required information, select the department you want to get in touch with, and then click on the “Start the Chat” button.
Alternatively, when logged into your Route4Me account, you can submit a detailed case to our Customer Success Department, as well as view and select other help options. To do so, first, go to “Support” from the navigation menu.
On the “Route4Me Customer Success” page, you can choose one of the following help options:
- Find an Answer: Takes you to Route4Me’s Knowledge Base where you can browse through useful tutorials and articles on how to use Route4Me dynamic routing software;
- Call Us: Provides the direct Customer Support phone number;
- Live Chat: Opens the Live Chat with one of our experts;
- Submit a Case: Allows you to submit a detailed case describing your issue or route planning-related question.
When you choose the “Submit a Case” option, first, select the category related to your question or issue.
Next, browse through the most popular articles and help materials related to the selected category. If you don’t see the article or tutorial that can be helpful in your case, click on the “Submit a Case” button to proceed.
After that, fill out the form describing your question or issue and then click on the “Submit a Case” button to send us your request.
Once the case is submitted, you will get an email with the corresponding details and we will do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
