Under the Route Name

Select one:

Drag and Drop

Toggle: Review Move Impact

Enable a confirmation window with route details when you drag and drop Destinations on the timeline.

Assigned User

Team member responsible for completing the destination.

Assigned Vehicle

Vehicle designated for the stop.

Address

Customer address of the destination.

Alias

Alternative name for the destination.

Service Category

Purpose of the stop, such as delivery, pickup, or drop-off.

Status

Current visit status: Pending, Completed, Failed, or Skipped.

Customer First Name

First name of the contact associated with the destination.

Customer Last Name

Last name of the contact associated with the destination.

Customer Email

Email address used for notifications and contact related to the destination.

Customer Phone

Phone number associated with the destination contact.

Visit Sequence

Displays the planned visit order compared to the actual visit order to show sequencing changes if any.

Service Time

Planned duration to complete the stop; also shows actual time spent on-site after completion.

Planned Arrival & Departure

Scheduled arrival and departure times based on route planning parameters.

Predicted Arrival & Departure

System-estimated arrival and departure times calculated during route execution.

Reported Arrival & Departure

Arrival and departure times manually reported by the assigned user via the Route4Me mobile driver app.

Detected Arrival & Departure

Automatically detected arrival and departure times based on GPS location data.

Custom Data

Custom destination fields such as latitude and longitude, barcode values, order groups, and other user-defined data. See our dedicated Custom Data article for more on adding Custom Data to route destinations.

Open

Open a route's corresponding Route Snapshot.

Edit

Open a route in the Route Editor.

Rename

Change the route’s name or alias to make it easier to search and identify.

Reschedule

Change the date and time of the day the route is scheduled to start.

Dispatch

Dispatch routes to send automated SMS and Email customer notifications.

Manage Custom Data

View and manage Custom Data attached to the selected route.

Assign User

Assign a driver or team member to the route. The assigned user can start, navigate, and complete the route using the Route4Me Driver Mobile App.

Assign Crew

Assign a Crew to the route. The assigned crew can view, manage, and complete the route through their accounts and mobile devices.

Assign Vehicle

Assign a vehicle to the route from your homogeneous or mixed fleet of vehicles.

Assign Facility

Assign a Company Facility to the route, linking it to a warehouse, depot, or service center for tracking, routing, and operational planning.

Assign Customer

Assign a specific Customer to the route, ensuring that deliveries, services, or visits are accurately linked to the correct client.

Assign Contract

Assign a Contract to the route to tie route activities to a specific service agreement, recurring schedule, or contractual obligations.

Assign Region

Assign a Company Region to the route to associate with an existing Geographic Region on your account.

Assign Assets

Assign Assets, such as containers, trailers, or other equipment, to the route to track which physical assets are used during route execution.

Assign Equipment Type

Assign an Equipment Type profile to the route to apply its predefined vehicle, capacity, and skill requirements.

Lock

Lock a route to freeze its finalized plan, blocking changes to Destinations, settings, schedule, driver and vehicle assignment, and re-optimization. Dispatch and all field activity remain unaffected.

Insert Address

Insert an address into the route by typing or searching the address in the "Address" field.

Insert Breaks

Add driver breaks on the route with customizable break duration and break trigger type.

Duplicate

Create a copy of the route. The new route will have "(Duplicate)" added to the end of its name.

Create Recurring Route

Create a new Master Route for use when planning recurring schedule routes.

Re-Optimize

Re-optimize the route to recalculate the most efficient destination sequence based on its current destinations and optimization settings.

Open Optimization

Open the Optimization Snapshot of the optimization the route was planned in to review its parameters and key performance metrics.

View Manifest

Download or print a detailed dynamic Route Manifest. This manifest includes all available route and destination data and details.

AI Analysis

Generate an AI-powered analysis of the route that summarizes its key metrics and performance insights.

Operations Matrix

Open the route in the Operations Matrix to track its visitation progress in real time, with destinations color-coded by how each visit compares to the planned schedule.

Share

Share the route with other Users by direct link or send a link via Email.

Export Routes

Export route data as a CSV spreadsheet or navigation data file for import into navigation devices such as Garmin, TomTom, and more.

Remove

Permanently delete the selected route.
