Optimizations Management Guide – Open, Edit, And Manage Route Optimizations
Whenever you plan a route, Route4Me automatically creates a unique Optimization linked to it, saved to your account’s Optimizations Page along with its own Optimization Snapshot. Snapshots let you quickly review route analytics, destination data, proof of visit, and other details. Account Optimizations let you re-optimize routes, optimize multiple routes at once, restore deleted routes, and more. Open Optimizations – Access Account Optimizations Database
To open your Optimizations Page, go to “Dynamic Routing” > “Optimizations” from the Navigation Menu. This page shows Optimizations in chronological order, with the most recent ones at the top.
From this page you can:
- Locate specific Optimizations using the “Search” field.
- Narrow the list using filters, detailed in the table below.
- Click “Plan New Route” to plan a route directly from the Optimizations Page.

Optimization Data – Optimizations Page Data Table Columns
The Optimizations Page displays key details about each of your optimizations at a glance, making it easy to review your data without opening every individual Optimization.
You can customize the data displayed in the table. Click the Column Icon in the upper right corner to select which route data fields appear and adjust their order to suit your operational needs.
The table below provides an overview of all available data columns, which you can reorder by dragging them into place.

Open Snapshots – Access Optimization Snapshots From Optimizations Page
Optimization Snapshots give you a closer look at detailed route analytics, destination data, proof of visit records, and more.
To open a snapshot, click the “Open” button next to any Optimization, and Route4Me will take you directly to its Optimization Snapshot.
Manage Optimizations – Edit, Rename, Or Delete Optimizations
To edit, rename, or remove an Optimization, click the Down Arrow next to it and select an option from the menu. The table below outlines what you can do from the “Edit Optimization” drawer.
Optimization Settings
To delete multiple Optimization, check the boxes next to them and click “Remove” in the Action Bar above the Optimizations List.
