Route Reporting Dashboard – Filters, Metrics, and More
Route4Me’s Dashboard is a powerful and flexible analytics and reporting tool designed to help you collect and visualize different types of actionable last mile intelligence and real-time statistics generated by your drivers and field employees using a single centrally-synced control panel. You can use your Route4Me Dashboard for comparing scheduled route stops vs visited destinations, monitoring all or individual drivers in real-time, checking monthly or weekly KPI deviations, exporting customized reports, and much more. For maximum convenience, the Totals section in your Dashboard provides a summarized and quick overview of the real-time or historical performance of your entire organization or separate team members. The information displayed in your Totals section is flexible – just choose which items you want to be always active and then apply the preferred data filters.
To open your Route4Me account Dashboard and customize your Totals widget, first, go to “Dashboard” from the navigation menu.
Next, you can filter the information that you want to be displayed in the Totals section of your Dashboard for a specific day or date range and by one or multiple team members. To filter the information by date, first, click on the calendar in the top right corner and then select one of the available time ranges or specify any preferred custom date or date range. When filtering data in the Dashboard by day, your Dashboard shows information of all routes that are scheduled for the selected day or the dates within the selected date range.
For more insight into your team’s performance, you can filter the data in your Totals section by any member of your team. Thus, for example, you are able to monitor the real-time or historical performance of all drivers in your organization or each individual driver. To do so, select one or multiple preferred team members from the corresponding drop-down list in the top left corner of the filters section. NOTE: When you select a user that has any sub-users, you can check the “Include All Sub-Users in the Report” box to include the data of all associated sub-users to the Dashboard. When you filter data by team member(s), your Dashboard shows the data of those routes that the selected team members are assigned to. To learn more about managing Team Member Accounts and Route4Me’s Team Hierarchy, visit this page.
To customize the data displayed in the Total section, first, click on the three dots menu icon and then check the corresponding boxes to select the preferred data items.
The Total Routes and Total Stops data items display the total number of all routes scheduled for each day of the selected date range and/or associated with the selected user(s), and the total number of all addresses/destinations included into these routes.
The Planned Distance, mi data item displays the total number of miles (or kilometers) on all routes that are scheduled for each day of the selected date range and/or associated with the selected user(s). The Actual Distance, mi data item displays the total number of actual traveled miles (or kilometers) on all routes that are scheduled for each day of the selected date range and/or associated with the selected user(s). The actual traveled distance is calculated based on the real-life actual traveled distances between each synchronization point from which the GPS signal was sent from the associated telematics vehicle or GPS device to Route4Me. Thus, you can use the Actual Distance, mi data item to check the real-time or historical metrics of the actual distances covered by each of your team members within the selected date range. To learn more about Route4Me’s GPS and telematics tracking, visit this page.
The Addresses Visited data item displays all route addresses/destinations that have been visited (marked as Visited) by your team members using the Route4Me Web Platform or Route4Me’s Android and iOS mobile apps on the routes that are scheduled for each day of the selected date range and/or associated with the selected user(s).
The Notes Added data item shows the number of all notes that have been added from the Route4Me Web Platform or Route4Me’s Android and iOS mobile apps to the routes that are scheduled for each day of the selected date range and/or associated with the selected user(s).
