The Hours of Service tab in the Telematics Snapshot displays driver activity records imported from your telematics connection.

Route4Me shows this data for reference only: it isn’t factored into route optimization, doesn’t trigger compliance warnings or alerts, and doesn’t automatically insert breaks into a route.

Your telematics vendor remains the system of record for actual compliance status. Route4Me’s role is limited to importing and displaying the data that vendor sends over, detailed in the the table below.

Route4Me shows hours of service data for reference but does not use It to enforce compliance.
