Route4Me’s Global Menu enables you to access every tool and feature of your Enterprise Route Planning Software account. Furthermore, the Global Menu provides quick access and complete visibility into all aspects of your routing operations through the dynamic route database, Order Management System, GPS Tracking tools, Route Analytics Dashboard, and much more. For your convenience, items are grouped according to their function, and the menu is fully collapsable to provide more screen real-estate for your organization. Route4Me Navigation Menu Overview
In detail, the tools of your Route Planning and Optimization Software are divided into categories with corresponding tabs in the Navigation Menu. Each category enables you to access different tools in the software depending on the functionality you need. For example, the “Routes” category enables you to access the Routes List, Routes Map, Route Optimizations, and other tools related to managing routes. To open the Navigation Menu, click the Navigation Menu Hamburger Icon. In the table below, you can find a list of the available tabs in the Navigation Menu and a description of the tools you can access.
Routes – Plan New Routes And Manage Existing Routes And Optimizations
In the “Routes” category, you can plan new routes and access the primary tools for planning and managing routes on your Route4Me account. To open the “Routes” category, click the Burger Button and then select “Routes” from the Navigation Menu. Then, you can select “Plan New Route” to go directly to the route planning page or one of the other options to manage routes, optimization, and more. Routes Map | Open your interactive multiple Routes Map, where you can open and view multiple routes simultaneously on the map, move destinations between routes, track multiple routes at the same time, and more. |
Optimizations | Open your Optimizations list. Route4Me automatically creates a unique optimization that is linked to a route and saves these optimizations with all associated parameters into your Optimizations. |
Smart Optimizations | Open your Smart Optimizations list. A Smart Optimization is a set of optimization settings and Smart Zones rules applied to imported addresses for planning optimized routes from automatically generated address clusters. |
Hybrid Route Editor | Open your Hybrid Route Editor, where you can plan routes with scheduled events. |
Calendar | Open your Routing Calendar, where you can view all scheduled routes, recurring addresses, and orders, as well as plan routes using the events that are scheduled for the same date. |
Orders – Add Orders, Plan Routes With Customer Orders And Track Order Progress
Route4Me’s ERP Order Management and Routing System enables you to automatically import order data from CRMs and other systems, sort, process, route, and complete millions of orders effortlessly. Managers, route planners, sorters, dispatchers, and drivers can use the intuitive Order Management System to complete every part of the order lifecycle, from importing orders to completing pickup and delivery routes, service orders, and collecting proof of service or delivery. To open your Orders List, click the Burger Button and click the “Orders” tab. Then, select “Orders” from the menu.

Customers – Add And Manage Customer Addresses And Plan Recurring Routes
Moreover, you can store millions of customer addresses on your Route4Me account with the Address Book List and view and interact with these addresses on the interactive Address Book Map. Additionally, you can plan scheduled recurring routes with customer addresses and Master Route templates. Analytics – View Route Data And Team Performance Analytics
All last mile routing activities on Route4Me’s business route planner software generate useful data. Our Web Software enables you to easily filter, sort, and open this data for your convenience. To gather actionable intelligence into the activity of your team members and the performance of your organization, click the Navigation Menu Hamburger Button and then click “Analytics“. Additionally, Route4Me enables you to adjust settings and create reusable route Optimization Profiles. Other in-depth settings you can adjust include mandatory task Workflows for collecting proof of delivery, visit, and service, bulk-importing telematics vehicles by establishing Telematics Integrations, adding Custom Fields to orders, configuring route Avoidance Zones, and more. To access these settings, click the Navigation Menu Burger Icon and select “Settings” from the menu.

Workflows | Open your Workflow Settings page, where you can set up and manage Workflows which are mandatory task templates with tasks drivers and field members must complete before setting a particular destination status. This enables you to ensure that your drivers and field members collect proof of delivery or service before marking destinations as “Done” on the Android Route App or iPhone Driver App. |
Telematics Integrations | Open your Telematics Integrations page, where you can add and manage Telematics Connections with Telematics Vendors. With a Telematics connection, you can automatically import and connect telematics vehicles, dispatch routes to GPS vehicles, and more. |

Furthermore, you can create an organized and easily manageable User Hierarchy of Managers, Route Planners, Dispatchers, Drivers, and other team members. Depending on your specific last mile routing needs and unique business model, each user can have default or customized account-level permissions, route visibility, driver and vehicle access, and more. To create and manage users, click the Burger Button and click the “Team” tab. Then, select “Users” from the menu.
Additionally, you can also add vehicles to your Route4Me account, manage fleet vehicles, assign vehicles to routes, and more. To do so, click the Burger Button, then go to “Team” and “Vehicles” from the Navigation Menu.

To ensure you always have a comprehensive overview of the activity on your Route4Me account, the Enterprise Route Planning Software provides detailed records of all account activity. In detail, you can see user sign-in timestamps, including what device was used, when and what files have been uploaded to or exported from your account, and more. For your convenience, you can also access your API Key from the same section. To open the “Security” section of the Navigation Menu, click the Navigation Menu Burger Icon and click “Security“. Account Settings – Open Account Preferences, Geofence Settings And More
In addition to accessing the Navigation Menu, Route4Me’s global header enables you to easily sign out of your account and access your Account Settings at the touch of a button. To do so, click your Account Avatar in the top-right and select “Account” to open your Account Settings or “Sign Out” to sign out of your account.
