Sign-In History – User Account Authentication And Log-In History
For your account security purposes, you can check the sign-in and authentication history of your Route4Me account. Specifically, you can check when and who logged into your account. Furthermore, you can easily track the login and authentication history of your sub-users. This way, you can check when and how your sub-users signed into their Route4Me accounts.
To open your Route4Me account sign-in and authentication history, go to “Login History” from the main menu. On the “Authentication History” page, you can check your and your sub-users’ authentication history, using the following columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Logged In On | Automatically generated timestamp of when the user signed into their Route4Me account (DD/MM/YY HH:MM). |
Device Type | Device type used for signing into the user’s account: Web Platform, Android Mobile App, iOS Mobile App, etc. |
Device E-Mail | Email address of the user who signed into their Route4Me account. |
IP Address | IP address of the user who signed into their Route4Me account. |
App Version | Version of Route4Me’s iOS or Android Mobile app used for signing into the user’s account. |
In detail, in the “Device E-Mail” column, you can check the user email address of the Account Owner logged into the current account and emails of the Account Owner’s sub-users. Accordingly, when your sub-users sign into their Route4Me accounts, you can check their authentication history in your account. In the “Device E-Mail” column, you can check what devices or platforms were used for signing into your and your sub-user accounts. Accordingly, users can sign into their Route4Me accounts using the following devices and platforms:
