Authentication History – Account Activity and Sign In History
For security purposes, Route4Me route optimization software allows you to track when and who logged into your organization’s main account and sub-accounts, as well as what device they used for logging in. As the Account-Owner, you can see the login attempts of all users associated with your organization’s main Route4Me account (Primary Route4Me Account). Route4Me’s Authentication History allows you to see such information as the date and time of each of your delivery drivers, field sales reps, field service technicians, dispatchers, route planners, etc. logged into your account, the Route4Me platform from which the login was made (Route4Me Web Platform, Route4Me’s Android route planner app (tablet and phone) and iOS route planner app (iPhone and iPad)), the email address of each member who logged into their Route4Me account, and the IP address of each device that was used for logging in.
