Account Contact Details – Updating Your Route4Me Account Contact Details: Name, Avatar (Photo), Phone Number, and Email
Your Route4Me account contact details are visible only to you as the Account Owner and Route4Me. Only your phone number can be visible to other members of your team depending on their account level permissions. We can use your email address and phone number for contacting you regarding your Route4Me solution and for customer support. We encourage you to fill out your contact details with the up-to-date information so that it’s easier for us to provide you with frictionless user experience and premium customer support. To view or update your Route4Me account contact details, first, go to “Account Settings” from the navigation menu and then go to the “Your Details” section.
To update your profile photo, first, click on the “Choose File” button and then upload the image from your device in JPG, JPEG, GIF, or PNG file format.
Once your photo is updated, you and your team members can view it in the Team Editor only (on the Route4Me Web Platform and Route4Me’s iOS and Android mobile apps), when creating new (learn more) or editing the existing (learn more) team member profiles.
NOTE: Your profile email address is used for logging into your Route4Me account on the Route4Me Web Platform and Route4Me’s iOS and Android mobile apps. When you change your account email address, you can then log into your account using only the defined email address (or Google Single Sing-On for all Route4Me Platforms and LinkedIn and GitHub authentication on the Route4Me Web Platform only).
Your defined phone number can be used for dialing you from Route4Me’s iOS (learn how) and Android (learn how) mobile apps. Your phone number can also be used by Route4Me’s Customer Success for contacting you regarding your Route4Me solution and subscription.
