Delete Addresses and Customer Locations from Address Book List
With the Route4Me dynamic routing software, you have the ability to create profiles for each of your customers. The customer profiles are securely stored in the Address Book – a centralized database where your delivery addresses, customer details, prospect information, depots locations, commercial facilities locations, etc. will be securely stored and easily accessible whenever you and your team members need it. Moreover, all the customer information stored inside the Route4Me Address Book is readily available for all your team members associated with your Route4Me account. Whenever you or your team members delete delivery contacts (customer profiles) from the synchronized Address Book List, these contacts are permanently deleted from the corresponding account and become unavailable on all associated devices.
To delete delivery contacts or customer profiles from your synchronized Address Book, first, go to Address Book List from the navigation menu.
To delete multiple contacts/customer profiles at a time:
- Select the contacts that you want to delete by checking the corresponding boxes next to them;
- Go to Edit in the top left corner of the screen and then select Remove Selected from the list and delete delivery contacts.
To delete all contacts/customer profiles that are displayed on the page:
- Check the corresponding box in the header to select all contacts displayed on the page;
- Go to Edit in the top left corner of the screen and then select Remove Selected from the list.
After that, to confirm that you want to delete multiple contacts at a time, input DELETE into the corresponding field and then click on the Proceed button.
You can also manually delete one contact at a time. To do so, first, right click on the contact that you want to delete and then select Remove from the list. Alternatively, click on the Remove button in the Actions column.
After that, click on the corresponding button to confirm the action.
NOTE: Whenever you or your team members delete a particular contact (customer profile) from the synchronized Address Book List, this contact is permanently deleted from the corresponding account and becomes unavailable on all associated devices.
