Activity Stream – Track Real-Time Route Activity
Route4Me’s Activity Stream is user-friendly and informative analytics and audit logging tool that allows you to assess and audit the performance of your entire team and view all events associated with your routes. In the Activity Stream, you can find out when and what routes were created, when drivers marked destinations as “Visited” and when they actually arrived at those destinations, when notes were added to route stops, and many other relevant activities all in one convenient location. Moreover, all events can be filtered by hundreds of different parameters so that you can effortlessly find any type of activity among hundreds of thousands of logged actions with just the touch of a button. To make sure that you can capture as much actionable intelligence as possible, the Activity Stream records and stores the actions performed using the Route4Me Web Platform, Route4Me iPhone Route Planner, and Route4Me Android Route Planner. You can use the Activity Stream for auditing the performance of your team, generating reports, detecting fraudulent activities, checking the overall health of your business, and much more.
To view the Activity Stream for your entire Route4Me account, first, go to “Activity Feed” from the navigation menu. As the Account Owner, you can view the activities of all your sub-users that are associated with the Primary Route4Me Account. All other user types can view only their own activities and the activities of the sub-users branched under them. To learn more about Route4Me’s User Hierarchy, visit this page.
The Activity Stream shows all activities performed by you and your sub-users in chronological order with the corresponding timestamps and user names.
The Activity Stream also shows what Route4Me platform was used for performing each activity (Route4Me Web Platform, Route4Me iPhone Route Planner, or Route4Me Android Route Planner).
For more convenience, you can also filter all events in your Activity Stream by thousands of different parameters. First, you can filter all activities by the keywords that should be contained in the associated data or actions. For example, if you input the keyword “Visited” into the search, the results will display all activities where this keyword is present. Thus, you can filter all activities by the name of a particular route, associated team member, alias of a specific route destination, etc.
To filter all activities by a particular team member, input the name of this team member into the search or select one of the suggested members from the corresponding list.
To filter all events by a particular activity type, select the activity by which you want to filter all actions in the Activity Stream from the corresponding list. For example, if you select the “Geofence Triggered Check In” option, the Activity Stream will display all geofence entered activities.
To filter all activities in the Activity Stream by date, click on the calendar in the top right corner of the screen and then either select one of the time intervals from the list or filter all activities by a custom time range.
To open the route or the route stop that is associated with a particular event in the Activity Stream, click on this event and the corresponding route will automatically open in a new tab.
To export your Activity Stream data, click on the “Download CSV” button in the top right corner of the screen (learn more).
