Route4Me Activity Stream – Exporting Audit Files with Your Team’s Activity History from the Activity Feed

Route4Me’s Activity Stream is an analytics and audit logging solution that allows you to asses and audit the performance of your entire organization and view all events associated with your routing operations. In the Activity Stream, you can find when and what routes were created, which and when drivers marked addresses as “Visited” and when they actually arrived at those addresses, when notes were added to route stops, and many other relevant activities all in one convenient space. To make sure that you can capture as much actionable intelligence as possible, the Activity Stream records and stores the actions performed using the Route4Me Web PlatformRoute4Me iPhone Route Planner, and Route4Me Android Route Planner. You can also export your Activity Stream for auditing the performance of your team, generating reports, detecting fraud, checking the overall health of your business, and much more. Moreover, all events in the Activity Stream can be filtered by hundreds of different parameters so that you can effortlessly find any type of activity amongst hundreds of thousands of logged events.

To export your Activity Stream, first, go to “Activity Feed” from the navigation menu. As the Account Owner, you can view and export the activities of all your sub-users that are associated with the Primary Route4Me Account. All other user types can view and export only their own activities and the activities of the sub-users branched under them. To learn more about Route4Me’s User Hierarchy, visit this page.

For more convenience, you can sort all events in your Activity Stream using different filters. First, you can filter all activities by the keywords that should be contained in the associated data or actions. For example, if you input the keyword “Visited” into the search, the results will display all activities where this keyword is present.
