Advanced Platform Configurations – Customize Your Route4Me Account Using Advanced Configurations
To make your user experience even more convenient and your route planning process even more efficient, Route4Me permits you to enable various advanced configurations for your Route4Me account. Route4Me’s advanced system configurations provide an additional layer of account customization, allowing you to modify the user interface of your account, customize the functionality of specific features, enhance the performance of various system capabilities, and much more. To get access to the Advanced Configuration Editor and preferred advanced configuration key(s) for your Route4Me account, please contact your Routing Expert or Route4Me’s Customer Support.
To switch on a particular advanced configuration for your account, you need to enable it using the Route4Me Advanced Configuration Editor. To enable the preferred configuration, insert the associated configuration key into the Configuration Variable Editor, and then enable it with the corresponding value. In the table below, you can find the list of advanced account configurations that you can use to customize your Route4Me account’s functionality.

|disable_routes_list_hover_preview||TRUE / FALSE||When enabled (set to “TRUE”), it allows you to hide/disable the route preview pop-up window in the Routes List. The route preview window of a given route in the Routes List appears when you hover your cursor over this route.|
When you have multiple team members and thousands of routes, you may get hundreds of thousands of live notifications about visited stops, updated route settings, added notes, and other alerts. When this advanced configuration is enabled (set to “TRUE”), it allows you to hide all types of real-time push notifications that are shown in your Routes List and Routes Map. When this configuration is enabled (set to “TRUE”), it allows you to disable the route preview pop-up window that appears in the Routes List when you hover your cursor over a route.
