Destination Snapshot – Real-Time Route Destination Data Summary
Route4Me’s Destination Snapshots provide a centralized, easy-to-navigate view of all data related to a specific Destination. You can review order details, customer information, scheduled activities, Destination Activity history, and more. It also lets you view real-time updates, explore delivery events, status changes, and user actions. By consolidating this information, the Destination Snapshot helps improve efficiency, reduce service errors, and support better decision-making. Learn more in this guide.

Open Destination Snapshot – Destination Data And Analytics Overview
To open a Destination Snapshot, go to “Dynamic Routing” > “Routes” from the Navigation Menu and open the Route Snapshot of the route associated with a Destination. Then, simply click “Open” next to a Destination to open its Destination Snapshot.
You can also open Destination Snapshots from your Destinations List. To do so, go to “Dynamic Routing” > “Destinations” from the Navigation Menu and click “Open” next to a Destination.
You’ll see a detailed interface designed to help you review all Destination data in one place. Here’s what you’ll find:
- Destination Summary: Essential information including the assigned User, Vehicle, Facility, Order tracking number, etc.
- Destination Data Tabs: Switch between Destination Snapshot categories to explore data which you can filter and customize as needed.
All data is centralized and accessible, making it easy to analyze Destination information or activity history and plan accordingly.
Destination Details Summary – Destination Information Panel
The Destination Information panel on the left is a summary of key details, including address, route details, and more. At the top, you’ll find a dynamic Google Street View of the Destination. It supports all the controls you’re familiar with, enabling you to quickly and easily get more context for the Destination and the surrounding area.
You can click the Arrow Icon next to any of the Destinations associated entities to open their snapshots. Specifically, you can open the Order Snapshot, Facility Snapshot, Route Snapshot, User Snapshot, and Vehicle Snapshot associated with the Destination.
Destination Snapshot Categories – Analytics Overview Data Tabs
Destination Snapshots are divided into the following data categories:
- Overview: Visit details, Order details, Custom Data, and a map of the route associated with the Destination.
- History: Destination activity and updates with timestamps, detailed descriptions, and associated Users.
- Notes: Proof of service, visit, and delivery notes and attachments with timestamps and customizable data columns.
- Attachments: Files and media attached to Notes with visual previews and timestamps.
The “Overview” tab is selected by default. It shows the associated route, real-time visit details including planned, predicted, user-reported, and geofence-detected arrival and departure timestamps, Service Time, Order details, and Custom Data.
Click the “History” tab to see a filterable list of Destination Activity updates grouped by date. The table shows the exact time of an activity or Destination update, the User associated with it, and a full description of its respective events and changes.
The “Notes” section provides an overview of proof of visit Notes attached to the Destination by the assigned User.
If any media files (photos, videos, etc.) are attached to Notes, hover over the icons under “File” or “Attachment” to preview them.
To customize the data in the “Notes” section, click the Columns Icon and select the data columns you’d like to use. You can organize columns by dragging their names up and down. See the table below for a full list of supported items.

| Destination Alias | Custom name used to identify the Destination. |
| Route Name | Name of the route containing the Destination’s address. |
| Attachment | Attachment linked to an activity, such as images, videos, voice memos, and files. |
| Type | Type of activity, such as Pickup, Drop-off, or Missing Items. |
| Contents | Notes or details recorded for the activity. |
| Location | Verified, geocoded coordinates from which the Note was generated. |
| Speed | Speed of the device at the time the activity was recorded. |
| Altitude | Altitude of the device when the activity was recorded. |
| Device | Device used to perform the activity (e.g., iPhone, Android, Web). |
| File Size | Size of the attached file for the activity. |
| File | Downloadable file related to the activity, often in CSV or image format. |
| User | Team member who performed the activity. |
When the “Attachments” tab is selected, you can view Proof of Visit Workflow attachments saved when the assigned User completes mandatory and optional Workflow tasks like collecting customer signatures or uploading delivery photos.

Filter Destination Data – Filter Proof Of Service Note Details
The “History“, “Notes“, and “Attachments” sections support filters to help you quickly find the data most relevant to your immediate needs. Simply click “Filters” and select your preferred options. See the table below for a full list of supported filters.
