Account Registration and Activation for Invited Users

With Route4Me, you are able to create a well-structured and easily-manageable network of users where each member can have a dedicated role with an adjustable set of permissions based on the particular needs of your business or unique business model. Depending on the industry and size of your business, you may need to create user accounts for multiple employees, subcontractors, vendors, etc. to work with you on the Route4Me Platform. For more convenience, Route4Me allows you to invite multiple members at a time and pre-assign a different role to each invitee using a single form. Thus, you can add multiple team members to your Route4Me account with just a touch of the button and after being invited, each invitee can fill out their own account details and adjust their account settings accordingly.

 

To invite multiple members at a time, first, go to “Users” from the navigation menu to open the list of all users associated with your Route4Me account and then click on the “Invite Team Members” button.

Alternatively, go to “Invite Team” from the navigation menu and then fill out and send the invitation form with the members’ information (learn how).

Once the team member is invited, the invitee receives the corresponding invitation email. The invitation email contains a registration link, the name of the inviter, the name of the inviter’s organization, and the invitee’s user type.

After opening the registration link, confirm your email address and then click on the “Create Account” button.

Next, fill out your first and last name and then click on the “Continue to Password” button. After that, create a new password for your Route4Me account and then click on the “Finish” button to complete the registration.

To manage your Route4Me Account Settings after registration, go to “Account Settings” from the navigation menu (learn more).

Once the invited member goes through the registration process, the profile of this member will appear in the inviter’s Team Editor accordingly (learn more).
