Use Face ID to Log into the iOS Multi Stop Route Planner
Route4Me’s iPhone app is designed for making your routing operations as fast as possible, focusing on the security and flexibility of your transactions. Logging into your Route4Me account with Face ID helps to increase the security of your sign-in process and save more time by eliminating the need to manually input your credentials.
To enable Face ID for your Route4Me iPhone app, first, make sure that Face ID is enabled on your device. To learn more about enabling Face ID on your iPhone, visit this Apple Support Page. Next, check the “Enable Face ID®” box on the main log-in screen.
After that, read the Terms and Conditions, as well as the general description of the feature and then tap “Enable.”
Once Face ID is enabled for your Route4Me iPhone app, the corresponding notification will indicate so. Tap “OK” to proceed.
After enabling Face ID for your Route4Me iPhone app, you need to sign in with your email and password so that the app can save the corresponding credentials and re-use them next time you try to log in.
After logging in with your email and password, tap “OK” to allow the Route4Me iPhone app to use Face ID.
Once Face ID is fully enabled for your Route4Me iPhone app, the corresponding notification will indicate so. Tap “OK” to proceed.
To log into your Route4Me iPhone app with Face ID, first, tap on the corresponding icon on the main sign-in screen.
After that, your device will use Face ID and automatically log you into your Route4Me iPhone app.
To disable Face ID for your Route4Me iPhone app, when logged in, first, go to “More” from the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen and then go to “Account.” On the “Account” screen, tap on the corresponding switch button to disable Face ID for your Route4Me iPhone app. After that, tap “Confirm” to finish.
