With Route4Me’s iPad app you can generate orders to make you improve your route planning process and make it more flexible. Orders can be used as one time transactions or visits as well as reused multiple times. To plan a route with a set of orders, first, open your Orders List by going to “Orders” from the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.
In your Orders List:
-
Select the orders which you want to use for planning a route by checking the circles next to them;
-
Alternatively, you can select all routes in your Orders List by tapping “Select All.”
After selecting the orders, tap “New Route” at the bottom of the screen.
Tap “Yes,” when prompted, to edit the route.
To open the “Options” of the route, tap on the gear icon in the top left corner of the screen.
In the “Options” menu, select “Route Setting” to start editing the route.
In the “Route Settings,” type in the name of the route, select a date for which you want to schedule the route from the calendar, and fill out other details accordingly, as you normally would when planning a route on your iPad. When finished, tap “Done” in the top right corner of the screen to complete editing the route.
To finish planning the route, tap “Plan Route” in the top right corner of the screen.
