Plan Routes with Orders – iPhone Route Planner App

To plan and optimize a route with a set of orders, first, go to “More” from the navigation menu and then go to “Orders” to open the list of all orders associated with your Route4Me account.

Next, select the orders that you want to use for planning and optimizing the new route by checking the corresponding circles. Alternatively, tap on the “Select All” button to select all orders in the list.

After that, tap on the “New Route” button and then confirm when prompted.

To adjust the route’s settings before optimizing it, first, tap on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen and then select “Route Settings” from the menu.

After that, you can specify the route’s settings by adding the route’s alias, selecting the preferred optimization type and travel mode, as well as scheduling the route for any preferred date and time (learn more). To save the route’s settings, tap on the “Done” button in the top right corner of the screen.

Next, to optimize the route based on the predefined optimization settings and get the most efficient sequence of stops, tap on the “Plan Route” button and then confirm when prompted.

Route4Me provides near real-time data synchronization across all associated computer and mobile devices so that all routes that are planned and optimized using Route4Me’s iOS and Android mobile apps can be automatically synchronized with your Route4Me account and instantly become available on the Route4Me Web Platform and vice versa.
