To insert one or multiple orders into a planned route, first, open the corresponding route by going to “Routes” from the navigation menu and then selecting the preferred route accordingly.

After that, go to “More” from the navigation menu and then go to “Orders” to open the list of all orders associated with your Route4Me account. Next, open the order that you want to insert into the currently opened route.

After that, add the selected order to your Favorite addresses by tapping on the star icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Next, open your Favorite addresses by going to “More” from the navigation menu and then selecting “Favorites” from the list.

After that, tap to open the added order that you want to insert into the currently opened route. Next, tap on the insert icon in the top right corner of the screen and then confirm when prompted.

If the route is optimized as “End Anywhere,” the inserted order is added as the “End” destination on the route. If the route is optimized as “Roundtrip,” the inserted order is added into the route as the last stop before the “End” destination. When dispatching an order into a planned route, this order is added to the route as the last stop or the “End” destination. To re-optimize the route and place the newly added order address at the most optimal sequence position, tap on the “Replan Route” button and then confirm when prompted.

Once the route is re-optimized and the inserted order is placed at the most optimal sequence position based on the predefined optimization settings, the route’s total time and distance can change (decrease) accordingly.
