Assign Statuses to Orders – iPhone Route Planner App

To make your order handling more efficient and reliable, Route4Me’s iPhone app enables you and your team to assign one or multiple dispatch statuses to your orders with just a touch of a button. Moreover, with Route4Me’s near real-time data synchronization, the statuses that are assigned to orders using Route4Me’s iOS and Android mobile apps can be automatically synchronized with the Route4Me Web Platform and vice versa.

 

To view, change and/or assign statuses to your orders, first, go to “More” from the navigation menu and then go to “Orders” to open the list of all orders associated with your Route4Me account. Next, select to open the order to which you want to assign one or multiple statuses.

After that, tap on the “Edit” button in the top right corner of the screen and then scroll to the “Order Status” section. In the “Order Status” section, you can view the current status of the order, as well as use the corresponding toggles to assign one or multiple statuses to this order:

  • Pending: Indicates that the order is compiled and ready for validation. By default, all new orders are created with the “Pending” status;
  • Validated: Indicates that the order has been checked, validated and approved to be dispatched;
  • Accepted: Indicates that the order has been accepted by a driver or field employee and ready to be delivered to its destination;
  • Started: Indicates that the order is in the process of being delivered to its destination;
  • Completed: Indicates that the order has been successfully delivered to its destination.

To save and apply all changes, tap on the “Done” button in the top right corner of the screen.
