Using Uber for Navigating Route4Me Routes on Android Devices

In addition to the Route4Me integrated voice-guided navigation, Route4Me’s Android app can also be used with various third-party navigation applications that allow you to expand the range of your navigation options and combine them with Route4Me’s powerful route planning and optimization features. Moreover, if your business does not have or need a full-time fleet of vehicles, your company vehicle broke down, or you need to get to the depot where your working vehicle is parked, you can effortlessly get to any Route4Me route stop using various ridesharing apps such as Uber. Thus, you can make sure that your customers will always be visited on time and that any unpredictable situation will not have any negative impact on your routing operations.

To use Uber for getting to a particular route stop from your current location, first, make sure that the Uber app is installed on your Android device and then open the corresponding route. To do so, go to “My Routes” from the navigation menu, tap on the route that you want to navigate and then select “Open Route” from the menu.
