Navigating a Route Using the Route4Me’s In-App Navigation on an Android Device
The main goal of the Route4Me’s Android Route Planner is to make your routing activities more flexible and enable you to effortlessly plan, optimize and navigate complex routes on the go. Route4Me’s Android app provides the integrated voice-guided navigation that allows you to easily navigate your routes with a touch of a button. The in-app navigation also eliminates the need to manually install any additional navigation apps on your Android device, providing the all-in-one package. Check your subscription plan to learn whether the in-app voice-guided navigation is supported on your account.
To start navigating a particular route, first, go to “My Routes” from the main menu.
Next, open the route that you want to navigate.
To open the route, tap on it and select the corresponding option from the “Choose Action” menu.
Once you opened the route, on the “Stops” screen, tap on the steering wheel icon next to the stop from which you want to start the navigation.
Alternatively, tap on the stop from which you want to start the navigation, and then, select “Send to Navigation App” from its menu.
Finally, select the “Route4Me In-App Navigation” option from the corresponding list.
To set the Route4Me’s in-app navigation as the default navigation app, tap “Yes” in the corresponding window. Learn how to check and change your default navigation app here.
Once the navigation starts, proceed to navigate the corresponding route respectively. Route4Me’s in-app voice-guided navigation provides precise and easy-to-use features that enable you and your team members to successfully accomplish any task. Moreover, it also helps to increase the safety of your drivers by eliminating their need to manually install additional navigation apps that may not support voice-guided directions and lack other important features.
