How Does the Route4Me Salesforce Integration Work?
The Route4Me Salesforce Integration is extremely easy and fast to set up. You can integrate your Salesforce CRM with Route4Me’s last mile route planning software using Zapier. Once integrated, you can automatically sync Salesforce customer profiles with Route4Me and then use Salesforce addresses for planning optimized routes.
To set up Route4Me Salesforce integration via Zapier, use the simple steps outlined on our Salesforce Integration with Route4Me support page. Once the integration is completed, whenever you create a new customer profile, its address and other details are automatically sent to Route4Me. You can activate and deactivate the integration at any time using Zapier.
You can then access and manage your Salesforce customer addresses in your Route4Me Address Book List and Address Book Map. Route4Me’s Address Book Map allows you to see all imported Salesforce addresses on the interactive map, where you can edit them, update address details, assign custom icons, and more. All synced Salesforce addresses will be tagged respectively, so you can easily find them.
Route4Me allows you to plan routes with Salesforce customer addresses from the Address Book List and Address Book Map. To plan one or multiple routes using the Address Book Map, simply draw a custom-shaped area around the Salesforce addresses that you want to include into the route(s) and click “Plan Route with Area Addresses.” Next, specify the preferred optimization parameters. Route4Me will automatically plan the most optimal number of efficiently sequenced routes with all selected Salesforce addresses.
