How Does the Route4Me QuickBooks Integration Work?

The Route4Me QuickBooks integration is fast and easy to set up. You can integrate your QuickBooks account with Route4Me using Zapier. Once the integration is completed and activated, whenever you add a new customer profile in your QuickBooks accounting software, this customer’s details, together with the address, will be automatically sent to the Route4Me route planning software.

You can access and manage all your imported QuickBooks customers in the Route4Me Synchronized Address Book. Furthermore, you can also see all your QuickBooks customer addresses on Route4Me’s Address Book Map.

With Route4Me’s interactive Address Book Map, you can easily plan routes with QuickBooks customers right on the map. Just select the addresses that you want to include into one or multiple routes by drawing an area on the map. Next, specify the preferred optimization settings, and Route4Me will automatically plan the most optimal number of routes.

In addition to planning new routes with your QuickBooks customer addresses, you can also insert QuickBooks addresses into the best routes that are already planned and started. Just select the customer address that needs to be dispatched, and Route4Me will automatically show you the most optimal routes where this address can be inserted.
