iOS Video Attachments – Attaching Videos to Your Route Destinations Using Route4Me’s iPhone Route Planner

Route4Me’s iPhone Route Planner is designed to make your routing operations and transactions as fast and flexible as possible, allowing you to effortlessly plan, optimize, and navigate routes of any complexity on the go. Route4Me also enables you to build a well-structured and easily-manageable network of users with different roles and account-level permissions (learn more). To make sure that you are always on the same page with your team and your customers, Route4Me allows you to capture and attach videos to your notes as proof of delivery (POD) or proof of service (POS). Recording a video is much more time-efficient and informative than making regular text notes or even attaching photos. For example, what could take half an hour to describe in text, can easily fit into a 20-second video. That being said, some things can’t be properly described in the text or photos (i.e., the behaviour of moving objects, sounds, etc.). For instance, your remote team members can record how they are performing certain services, attach a video of how their vehicle or special equipment is behaving, film valuable presented information or instructions that can be shared with the team, record work accidents, and much more. Thus, depending on the particular needs of your business or unique business model, being able to attach videos to route stops can help you to significantly increase the security of your routing operations, improve team communication, and minimize legal risks. All videos that are captured and uploaded using Route4Me’s iOS app are securely stored on Route4Me’s remote servers and cannot be deleted or altered by other users.
