User Snapshot – Customizable User Data And Analytics Overview
Route4Me’s User Snapshot is an easy-to-use analytics tool that provides a summarized and detailed overview of any last mile field team member’s performance. It enables you to instantly see key metrics and User details by bringing user information and KPIs together in one place. A User Snapshot provides a User data summary and map overview, including detailed route analytics, destinations data, orders, proof of visit collection, executed route activities, etc. You can use Snapshots to seamlessly track route performance, analyze data more effectively, and make informed decisions, helping you meet and exceed customer expectations.

Open User Snapshot – Access User Data And Analytics Overview Page
To open the User Snapshot of any final mile field team member, go to “Team” and then “Users” from the Navigation Menu to open the Users Page and click the “Open User” button.
Accordingly, Route4Me’s driver management software will open the corresponding User Snapshot. From here, you can also access the Users Page where you can make changes to a User’s details, company visibility and access permissions, team reporting structure, and more. To do so, simply click the “Edit User” button.
User Details Summary – Dynamic Map And User Information Panel
On the left, you can find the User Summary. The map shows the User’s last synchronized location on a route. Specifically, Route4Me enables you to track Users and assets on routes with real-time GPS tracking. Below the map, you can find information such as the route and vehicle the User is assigned to, the contact details of their account, and more. Additionally, you can click the Go-to Icon next to each field to open the respective Route4Me interface.
User Snapshot Categories – User Data Tabs On Analytics Overview Page
The User Snapshot has different tabs (categories) corresponding to the type of associated data. By default, the “Routes” tab is open when you access a User Snapshot to give you a detailed look at the routes the User is assigned to in the customizable data table. Learn more about the different user data categories available on the User Snapshot in the table below.

Routes | Last Mile Route data table where you can view, sort, and customize the displayed route data columns. In detail, the available route data on the User Snapshot is the same as on the Routes Page. |
Destinations | Route Destinations data table where you can view, sort, and customize the displayed destination and customer information. In detail, the available destination data on the User Snapshot is the same as Destination View Mode on the Routes Page. |
Orders | Customizable data table for orders associated with the User. In detail, the available order data on the User Snapshot is the same as your Orders Page. |
Activity Feed | Chronological list of route activity events such as destination status updates, changes made in the Route Editor, and more. In detail, the available route activity entries on the User Snapshot are the same as your regular Activity Feed. |
Filter User Snapshot – Find And Filter User Data On Snapshot Page
Like with every Route4Me data interface, you can filter the User Snapshot to show only the data relevant to your needs or unique use case. To do, simply click the “Filters” button and enable your preferred filtering options, or use the “Search” field to find specific data entries by inputting any of their associated information. Additionally, you can click the “Date Range” field to narrow down the displayed routes, destinations, orders, etc. to only those scheduled or occurring within the specified timeframe.
NOTE: The different tabs in the User Snapshot support different filters corresponding to the type of data in the respective tab.
User Data Table – Customize And Re-Order User Snapshot Data Columns
Furthermore, you can customize the data columns displayed in your User Snapshot. To do so, click the Display Columns Icon and check the boxes next to the columns you want to enable on your Snapshot. After that, you can change the positions of the columns by dragging column names. Accordingly, the column names listed from top to bottom are displayed from left to right in the data table. When you’re done adjusting columns, simply click the “Apply” button to save your changes.
NOTE: Only those User Snapshot categories with data tables support customizable columns.
