Order Snapshot – Customozable Data & Analytics Overview
Route4Me’s Order Snapshot gives you a complete view of all data tied to a specific Order, centralized in one easy-to-navigate interface. Designed to simplify order management and analysis, it lets you review order details, customer information, scheduled activity, and order history from a single screen. You can track order-specific trends, access real-time updates, and drill down into delivery events, status changes, and related user actions. By bringing everything together, the Order Snapshot helps improve operational efficiency, reduce service errors, and support more informed decision-making. Use this guide to get started.

Open Order Snapshot – Order Data And Analytics Overview
To open an Order Snapshot, click “Operations” in the Navigation Menu followed by “Orders“. Then, right click an Order in your Order list and select “Open“. You can also select “Open” from the menu that appears when you click the Three-dot Icon.
One the Snapshot is opened, you’ll see a detailed interface designed to help you review and manage all Order data in one place. Here’s what you’ll find:
- Order Summary: A quick overview of essential information including customer and address details, order type, and more.
- Customer Tabs: Switch between “History” and “Activities” to explore Order data which you can filter and customize as needed.
All data is centralized and accessible, making it easier to analyze Customer information, spot trends, and plan accordingly.

The Order Information panel offers a summary of key details, including Customer and Address details, “Order Type” information, a “Scheduled For” date, and more.
Order Snapshot Categories – Analytics Overview Data Tabs
The Order Snapshot is divided in two primary categories: “History” and “Activities“. By default, the “History” tab is open when you access the Snapshot.
“History” offers a detailed overview of all historical events associated with the Order, including its completion time and date, the name of the User and Route associated with the Order, and events such as Order creation or cancellation.
To learn more about the User associated with the Order, hover over the History data column to access the Arrow Icon. Click on it to be redirected to their User Snapshot where you can view key metrics and details associated with that person.
When the “Activities” tab is open, you can see a detailed overview of all activities associated with the Order. You can tailor the “Activities” data that appears by clicking the Column Icon and selecting the specific data you would like to see.
You can also reorder data columns by dragging their names up and down. Data column details appear in the table below.

Member ID | The ID of the user (Driver or team member) assigned to the destination | |

Route Name | The name of the route containing the destination. | |
Upload ID | Identifier linking the note to a specific data upload. | |
Contact ID | Unique ID for the customer or contact associated with the destination. | |
Note Type | The category or purpose of the note (e.g., delivery, pickup, etc.). | |
Note Contents | Details or instructions provided in the note. | |
Coordinate Location | The latitude and longitude of the destination. | |
Remote Speed | Speed recorded at the destination captured via GPS tracking. | |
Remote Altitude | Altitude recorded at the destination captured via GPS tracking. | |
Device Type | The type of device used to capture or upload the note (e.g., Android, iOS). | |
File Size | Size of an attached file, if any, related to the note. | |
File Type | Type of file attached to the note (e.g., image, PDF). |
Filter Order Data – Filter Order Details By Parameter
From the “Activities” tab, you can apply filters to quickly locate data most relevant to your immediate needs. Just click “Filters” and select a Filter option. Filter option details appear in the table below.
Filter | Description |

User | Search by the Name or Email Address of the team member associated with the Order activity. |
File Type | Search by specific file type associated with the Order activity: photo, video, voice memo, file, or signature. |
Note Type | Search by the purpose of or reason for the note: Pickup, Drop-off, Recipient Not Available, Address Not Found, and more. |
Device Type | Search by the type of device used to capture or upload the note: iPhone, Android, Tablet, iPad, and more. |
File Size | Search by the size of an attached file related to the note. |
