Arrived and Done – Stop Statuses on Android Route Planner

With Route4Me’s Android Multi-Stop Route Planner app, you get effortless continuity throughout the entire route planning process, all the way to route navigation, collecting electronic proof of delivery (ePOD), etc. Moreover, our routing app enables you to record completed orders and track delivery route progress in real-time. Namely, you can mark route destinations as Arrived and Done on any active route with a touch of a button.

Furthermore, Route4Me supports real-time route data synchronization. In this way, you can automatically synchronize route updates and progress between the Multi Stop Route Planner app and Route4Me’s Web Platform in real-time.

Open and Start Route on Android Route Planner App

First, go to “My Routes” from the navigation menu. Then, open the route that you want to navigate and complete. Next, tap on the “Start Route” button to start the opened route.

NOTE: You can’t navigate and complete a route without starting the given route.

Then, you can start marking route destinations as Arrived and Done to record and track delivery route progress. To do so, tap on the “Arrived” button to mark destinations as Arrived or visited, and then tap on the “Done” button to mark destinations as Done or completed.

  • Arrived route stop status indicates that the driver has visited or arrived at the respective route stop.

Skip Route Stops on Active Route

Furthermore, Route4Me’s route planner app also enables you to skip route stops on the active route. For example, you may need to skip route stops because of a canceled order, order changes, emergency situation, rescheduled visit, etc.

If you mark a route stop as Arrived and one or multiple previous stops were not marked as Arrived, the app will automatically prompt you to mark all previously not visited stops as skipped. Accordingly, the app will automatically mark all skipped destinations with the “Skipped” route stop status.

Undo Skip – Unmark Skipped Route Stops

When a stop is marked as skipped, you can’t manage it or navigate to this stop. Therefore, the app enables you to undo skipped route destinations so that you can navigate to them and complete their associated orders.

To unmark a skipped route stop, tap on the “Undo Skip” button next to it. After that, you can start navigation to the respective stop, as well as mark it as Arrived and Done to track delivery route progress.

Equally important, after stopping a route, you can’t navigate this route or manage its destinations. So, to stop navigation and finish the route, tap on the “End Route” button located after the last route destination.
