Download Territories – Export Address Territory Locations

Your Route4Me Address Book (List/Map) is a centralized database where you and your team of delivery drivers, dispatchers, field sales reps, field service technicians, and other team members can securely store and manage the information about customers’ locations, delivery addresses, depots, commercial facilities, warehouses, and any other relevant prospects or real-world locations. For your convenience, you can effortlessly export all that data at any time and use it for sharing with other team members, making reports with logistics KPIs, analyzing patterns in customers’ orders, and more. In addition to that, when you need to edit all addresses/customer profiles from the same territory, you can export this entire territory in a few clicks, make the preferred changes in the downloaded spreadsheet and then re-upload the updated addresses/customer profiles with a touch of a button.

To export addresses from one or multiple territories, first, go to “Address Book Map” from the navigation menu.

Before exporting addresses from a particular territory, you can display on the map only those addresses that have already been used for planning routes or the addresses that have not been routed. To display on the map only those addresses that have not been used for planning routes, drag the “Address Visibility” toggle in the top right corner of the screen to the “Unrouted” position.

To export all addresses from a particular territory, first, right-click on this territory and then select “Download Territory Addresses” from its menu.

Alternatively, click on the gear icon in the territories list next to the territory that you want to export and then select “Download Territory” from its menu.

To download addresses from multiple territories at a time, first, select the territories that you want to export by checking the corresponding boxes in the territories list.

To select all territories in the list, check the corresponding box in the header of the territories list.

To export all addresses from the selected territories, click on the gear icon in the header of the territories list and then select “Download Selected Territories” from the menu.
