Dashboard Export – Downloading Your Organization’s Statistics Using the Route4Me Account Analytics Dashboard
Route4Me is used by many different businesses of all sizes, from construction and food delivery to garbage collection and pest control. That being said, no matter what services your business provides, being able to check the statistics and overall health of your entire routing operation is as crucial as being able to visit all your customers on time. Route4Me’s Dashboard is a user-friendly core analytics tool that provides you with operational intelligence and near real-time statistics on your entire network of users and vehicles in one convenient place. You can use the Dashboard for checking how many routes you have planned for a particular time range, how many customers have been visited, how many miles your team members have actually traveled, how much CO2 was emitted by your fleet of vehicles, and much more. Moreover, your Dashboard also permits you to check how all your planned routing operations compare to the actual numbers and real-life performance of your entire organization. To ensure that you can use the information in your Dashboard for sharing with the team, generating reports, auditing your organization’s performance, etc., Route4Me provides multiple options for exporting the data from your Dashboard. For more convenience, all data in the Dashboard can be sorted by custom date range or any particular team member so that even if your organization has over a thousand employees, you can effortlessly find the needed information about each team member or branch/facility with just a touch of the button.
To export data from your Route4Me Account Dashboard, first, go to “Dashboard” from the navigation menu. To learn more about each data section in the Dashboard and how the information in the Dashboard is gathered, visit this page.
Next, you can filter the information displayed in the Dashboard by date and user(s). To filter the information by date, first, click on the “Time Period” button and then select one of the available time ranges or use the custom time range accordingly.
To filter the information displayed in your Dashboard by a particular team member and this member’s sub-users, use the “Members Filter” accordingly. To learn more about Route4Me’s Team Hierarchy, visit this page.
If you want to view the data of all users associated with your Route4Me account, check the “Include All Sub-Users in Report” box.
To download the filtered Dashboard data, first, click on the “Export as CSV” button and then select one of the preferred export options. The “All Routes and Data” option exports all available information about the filtered routes (including all route addresses and excluding notes) scheduled for each day of the selected time range and/or associated with the selected user(s). The “Extended with Notes” option exports all available information about the filtered routes with all route addresses, as well as the details and contents of all notes attached to each route stop on the route(s) scheduled for each day of the selected time range and/or associated with the selected user(s).
The “Minimal (Without Addresses)” option exports only the information about the routes scheduled for each day of the selected time range and/or associated with the selected user(s) without these routes’ addresses and attached notes.
