Customer Notifications White-Labeling & Service Provider Settings
With Route4Me’s Customer Alerting and Notifications, you are able to send out automated alert and geofence triggered notifications to your customers as SMS texts, E-Mails, and Voice Calls (learn more). Thus, you can make sure that your notifications are always received by your customers no matter what type of communication channels they prefer to use. In addition to the custom text in your notifications, you can also white-label your notifications by adjusting the preferred E-Mail, SMS, and Voice Calls Service Providers settings. To accommodate the particular needs of your business or unique business model, Route4Me enables you to customize from whom you want your customer to receive SMS Notifications, use custom templates with your company logos and color schemes for E-Mail Notifications, and more.
