Participant Management – Viewing and Managing All Participants Associated with Your Operational Assessment Affiliate Account
An Affiliate is a Route4Me partner who has the Route4Me Operational Assessment (OA) system integrated into their business or organization for analyzing their customers or a reseller who rebrands Route4Me’s services and offers them to end-users, as well as uses the Route4Me OA system for attracting new customers by showing them the value of optimization. Participants are the customers (companies/businesses) or end-users associated with the given Route4Me Affiliate. To view and manage all Participants associated with your OA Affiliate account, first, go to “User Management” from the navigation menu at the top and then go to the “Participants” tab.
To edit a particular Participant, click on the edit (pencil) icon next to this Participant.
After that, make the preferred modifications and then click on the “Save” button to apply the changes.
To delete a particular Participant from your OA Affiliate account, click on the Delete icon next to the Participant you want to remove. NOTE: Once you delete a particular Participant from your OA Affiliate account, all tracking and vehicle data associated with this Participant will be erased from your OA account.
All changes made to your Participants’ profiles are instantly applied and reflected on the Participants’ data in your Affiliate Dashboard, Vehicles Map, Participants List, and other system features/elements.
