Manage Mobile Subscription Plan on Android Route Planner App
For your convenience, you can easily change your subscription on the Route4Me Android Route Planner app at any time. Specifically, you can select between monthly and yearly Route4Me Mobile subscription plans and upgrade or downgrade your subscription as it suits your current route planning needs.
Please note that your Route4Me Mobile subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store and are not billed directly by Route4Me. Accordingly, you can manage your subscriptions using the Google Play Store app on the “Subscriptions” screen. Learn more about managing your Google Play subscriptions.
Upgrade Subscription on Android Route Planner App
To upgrade or change your subscription on the Android Route Planner app, go to “Upgrade” from the navigation menu. Next, you can check your current subscription and the other available subscription plans. Select the preferred subscription plan, confirm the switch, and then check the new payment details and billing date(s) for the selected subscription. Finally, tap on the “Subscribe” button to confirm the purchase.
NOTE: When purchasing a new subscription, Google Play Store shows the new billing dates, payment amount, subscription start date, and other important details. Please make sure to check the new details before purchasing the new subscription.
Cancel Old Subscription on Android Route Planner App
After selecting the new subscription plan, you need to cancel the old subscription to avoid being billed for it. To do so, go to the Google Play app, tap on your profile icon in the top right corner, select “Payments & Subscriptions” from the menu, and then go to the “Subscriptions” screen.
Next, open the old subscription that needs to be canceled and then tap on the “Cancel Subscription” button. After that, confirm that the old subscription is canceled and the new subscription is active on the “Subscriptions” screen.
Change Subscription on Android Route Planner App
To downgrade your subscription from Yearly to Monthly, go to “Subscriptions” from the navigation menu. Next, select the new subscription and then confirm the purchase. After that, make sure to cancel your old yearly subscription using the subscription cancelation steps provided on this page.
