System Status – Optimization4Me

An Affiliate is a Route4Me partner who has the Route4Me Operational Assessment (OA) system integrated into their business or organization for analyzing their customers or a reseller who rebrands Route4Me’s services and offers them to end-users, as well as uses the Route4Me OA system for attracting new customers by showing them the value of optimization. Participants are the customers (companies/businesses) or end-users associated with the given Route4Me Affiliate. The tracking data of all Participants associated with your OA Affiliate account is imported into their OA accounts from the Telematics Connections established between the given Participants and these Participants’ Telematics Vendors through the Route4Me Telematics Gateway. In the System Status of your Route4Me OA Affiliate account, you can see the live status of your entire Operational Assessment system and how the tracking data from all Telematics Connections of all Participants associated with your OA account is imported into these Participants’ OA accounts.

To open the System Status of all Telematics Connections of all Participants associated with your OA Affiliate account, first, go to “System Status” from the navigation menu at the top.

NOTE: Next, use the calendar to filter the data displayed in your System Status by date.

After that, you can configure what charts/dashboards you want to display in your System Status. To do so, click on the “Configure Dashboard” gear icon and then select or deselect the preferred options.

In the Latest Activities section, you can view the Activity Feed of your OA Affiliate account. To open your OA System Activity Feed in full-screen, click on the corresponding button. To learn more about using the OA Activity Feed, visit this page.

The data displayed on the charts/dashboards in your System Status is computed based on the tracking data received from the Telematics Vendors of all Participants associated with your OA Affiliate account.

• The Live GPS Counters for All Vendors (last 10 minutes) chart shows the GPS signals received from all telematics devices (GPS devices, mobile apps, etc.) of all Telematics Vendors of all Participants associated with your OA Affiliate account for the last 10 minutes.
• The GPS Counters for All Vendors Grouped by Period chart shows the GPS signals received from all telematics devices (GPS devices, mobile apps, etc.) of all Telematics Vendors of all Participants associated with your OA Affiliate account for the predefined time period.

• The OA Sessions Detected for All Vendors chart shows the sessions created in your OA Affiliate account for the predefined time period. A session is an attempt by the OA system to detect a route based on the tracking data (depots, stops, synchronization points, etc.) received from your Participants’ Telematics Vendors.
• The Routes Created for All Vendors chart shows the routes that were successfully created from the tracking data received from all Telematics Vendors of all Participants associated with your OA Affiliate account (for the predefined time period).

• The Count of Distinct Detected Depots for All Vendors Grouped by Period chart shows the unique detected depots (depots that have never been detected by the OA system before) for the predefined time period.
• The Count of Distinct Detected Locations (Stops) for All Vendors by Period chart shows the unique detected locations/stops (stops that have never been detected by the OA system before) for the predefined time period.
