iOS Navigation Precision – Adjusting the Address and GPS Coordinates Navigation Precision Settings on Your Route4Me iPhone Route Planner

Route4Me’s iPhone Route Planner is designed to make your routing operations and transactions as fast and flexible as possible, allowing you to effortlessly plan, optimize, and navigate routes of any complexity on the go. Depending on what third-party navigation app(s) you use and what type of locations you want to include into your routes, you can adjust the Navigation Precision settings on your Route4Me iPhone Route Planner to navigate by Addresses (full address names) or by GPS Coordinates (latitude and longitude coordinates). For example, such navigation apps as Google Maps provide better results when navigating by Addresses rather than by GPS Coordinates, while other navigation apps can use latitude and longitude coordinates only. Alternatively, if the route destinations that you need to visit don’t have official address names, you can add the GPS coordinates of each location into your Route4Me optimized routes and then send the GPS coordinates of the corresponding route destinations to any preferred navigation app. With Route4Me’s iPhone Route Planner, you will be able to frictionlessly adapt your route navigation process to any third-party navigation app of your choice or the type of locations you want to include into your optimized routes.

To adjust the Navigation Precision settings on your Route4Me iPhone Route Planner, first, go to “More” from the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen. After that, go to “Settings” and then scroll down to select “Set Location Details for Navigation App.”

When your Navigation Precision settings are set to “Address,” your Route4Me iPhone Route Planner will send geocoded and autocompleted addresses (full address names) to the selected third-party navigation app. By default, once you send the address of a particular route destination to the preferred third-party navigation app, the selected navigation app will automatically generate navigation directions from your current location to the corresponding route address.
