Cancel Subscription & Delete App – Android Route Planner
You can manage your Route4Me Mobile subscription for your Android Route Planner app using the Google Play Store only. If you want to pause your Route4Me Mobile subscription and then resume it later, you don’t need to cancel and then re-purchase your subscription. You can pause your subscription and resume it when convenient. If you want to cancel Route4Me Android Mobile Subscription, you can permanently cancel it in the Google Play Store.

Manage Route4Me Android Mobile Subscription on Smartphone or Tablet
Route4Me does not manage your Route4Me Mobile subscription. Your Route4Me Mobile subscription is linked to and billed through your Google Play Store account (Google account) that you used for purchasing your subscription. Accordingly, you can view and manage your Route4Me Mobile subscription only through your Google Play Store account (Google account).
To manage your Route4Me Mobile Subscription on an Android smartphone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app. Next, tap on your profile icon in the top right corner and then select “Payments & Subscriptions” from the menu. After that, go to “Subscriptions” and then locate and tap to open the Route4Me Route Planner subscription. On the Route4Me Route Planner subscription, you can see your billing amount, date, and other subscription details.
Pause Route4Me Android Mobile Subscription for Route Planner App
You can pause your Route4Me Mobile subscription and resume it at any time. For example, if you have a seasonal business, you can pause your subscription during the off-season and resume it later. We recommend pausing your subscription to keep your payments history and simplify the process of resuming your subscription.
To pause your Route4Me Android Mobile Subscription for the Route Planner app, tap on the “Pause Payments” button. Next, select the preferred subscription pause date interval and tap on the “Confirm” button. Once your subscription is paused, it will be displayed on the respective “Manage Subscription” page.
To resume your paused subscription, tap on the “Resume” button and then follow further steps.
Cancel Route4Me Android Mobile Subscription for Route Planner App
NOTE: Your Route4Me Route Planner subscription is linked to your Google account and can be managed, paused, or canceled through Google Play only. Route4Me can’t cancel your subscription. Learn more about canceling, pausing, or changing your subscriptions on Google Play.
To cancel Route4Me Android Mobile Subscription for your Route Planner app, tap on the “Cancel Subscription” button and then confirm that you don’t want to pause your subscription. We value your feedback, and we would appreciate you selecting the reason why you want to cancel your subscription plan.
After you cancel your subscription, you still can use it until the subscription’s end date which is shown on its “Manage Subscription” screen. To subscribe again, tap on the “Resubscribe” button and then follow further steps.
Delete the Route4Me Android Route Planner App from Smartphone or Tablet
To delete the Route4Me Android Route Planner app from a smartphone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app. Next, tap on your profile icon in the top right corner and then select “Manage Apps & Devices” from the menu. Next, find and open the “Route4Me Route Planner” app in Google Play Store. On the Route4Me Route Planner page in Google Play Store, tap on the “Uninstall” button to delete the app from your smartphone or tablet.
NOTE: Uninstalling or deleting the Route4Me Route Planner app from your Android device does not discontinue or cancel your Route4Me Mobile subscription plan. To cancel or pause your Route4Me Mobile subscription, please follow the respective steps provided on this page above.
