Optimization4Me Architecture Overview
Optimization4Me is designed to transform your customers’ raw telematics data into actionable savings. To achieve that, Route4Me’s Operational Assessment (OA) Tool will analyze any amount of your customers’ operational data, uncover the potential of optimization, and propose dynamically optimized solutions. A picture is worth a thousand words – showing your customers their own real figures on how much they can save by optimizing their own routing operations is a hundred times more effective than just telling them about some potential benefits somewhere in the future. That being said, conducting a traditional return on investment (ROI) analysis for each customer is often extremely time-consuming and expensive. With Route4Me’s OA Tool, you can set it all on autopilot and frictionlessly get actionable intelligence that will help you to close your sales faster and easier (learn more).
Operational Assessment Input Data Sources
OA Input Data Sources → Dynamic Data Analysis → Dynamic Optimization Scenarios → OA Results & Dashboards
Instead of jumping from tab to tab, juggling passwords, and logging in and out of different fleets on different websites, you can use Route4Me’s OA Tool to centrally connect to as many telematics accounts as you want to analyze and import telematics data from all fleets across multiple telematics vendors on autopilot. Thus, you can effortlessly unify all your fleets and import telematics data from thousands of vehicles into one centralized interactive space. For more convenience, you can also import telematics data into your OA account in the form of CSV and Excel (XLSX) files.
Processing Raw Telematics Data and Detecting Depots, Driver Stops, Route Directions, and More
OA Input Data Sources → Dynamic Data Analysis → Dynamic Optimization Scenarios → OA Results & Dashboards
Once your customers’ telematics data is imported into your AO Affiliate account, the system automatically processes and analyzes the imported fleet data and detects where the associated vehicles were driving, where and when they made stops, what locations were used as depots, etc. After that, the detected route stops, depots, driving directions, and other types of the analyzed data are used for recreating the actual route(s) each telematics vehicle had completed.
Recreating Real-Life Routes and Generating Route Optimization Scenarios
OA Input Data Sources → Dynamic Data Analysis → Dynamic Optimization Scenarios → OA Results & Dashboards
After being imported and processed, your customers’ GPS telematics data goes through Route4Me’s proprietary algorithms to generate actionable intelligence about your customers’ fleets down to the individual vehicle level. Once the imported telematics data is analyzed, the system automatically generates the following routing scenarios:
- Actual (Baseline): Raw telematics data that is used for recreating how the imported routes were actually completed in real-life;
- As-Is: The Actual (Baseline) telematics data that is optimized for the most efficient driving directions only;
- Optimized: The Actual (Baseline) telematics data that is optimized for the most efficient driving directions and the most optimal sequence of stops.
Learn more about each route optimization scenario here. Moreover, the system is also capable of learning your customers’ routes, routing patterns, route schedules, and more. Thus, the more telematics data is imported into your OA account, the more precise route optimization scenarios you will get.
OA Visual Dashboards, Recreated and Optimized Routes, Business Savings Summaries, Vehicles Map, and more.
OA Input Data Sources → Dynamic Data Analysis → Dynamic Optimization Scenarios → OA Results & Dashboards
Optimization4Me is designed to provide you with effective and easy-to-use tools for closing your sales faster and easier. To achieve these goals, after your customers’ telematics data is imported from their telematics vendors, dynamically processed by the system, and route optimization scenarios are automatically generated, all this data is neatly organized in the form of interactive and informative Dashboards, Vehicle Tracking Maps, Operational Summaries, Savings Summaries, etc. With OA’s Dashboards, you can effortlessly deliver to your customers extremely big amounts of complex and unorganized telematics data from hundreds of telematics vendors in a summarized and visually pleasing manner. Thus, when collaborating with your team members and working with a customer on a business proposal, you can use OA’s Dashboards, Maps, and Summaries with this customer’s real data for demonstrating the performance of their fleet, identifying underperforming drivers, exploring the customer’s fleet by region, driver, or time period, and much more.
