Update Route4Me Billing Information and Payment Method
With the Route4Me route optimization software, you have the flexibility you need in every aspect – from planning routes with unique particularities to suit your specific last mile logistics needs to various payment methods that accommodate your billing preferences. On that note, you can easily update your Route4Me route planner billing information and payment method in two main ways: from your Route4Me Web account and using the Route4Me’s Billing Portal.
NOTE: Only the Account Owner User Type has access to the billing information and can modify the billing and subscription details. Additionally, learn more about Route4Me’s User Types and Account-Level Permissions.
Update Route Planner Billing Information & Payment Method from the Web Account
To update your billing information and payment method from your Route4Me Web account, first, go to “Subscription” from the navigation menu.
On the “Subscription” page, click on the “Checkout” button to proceed.
Then, on the “Checkout Now” page, fill out your Billing Information in the corresponding fields and click “Next” to continue.
After that, select one of the preferred payment methods from the corresponding list.
To pay for your route optimization subscription plan with PayPal, select this option from the list and click on the corresponding button below. Then, log into your PayPal account from the new browser window pop-up and follow further instructions respectively.
To update your payment method to Amazon Pay, select this option from the list and click on the corresponding button below. Then, log into your Amazon account from the new browser window pop-up and follow further instructions respectively.
To update your payment method to Credit Card, select the corresponding option from the list and fill out your credit card information respectively.
Finally, click “Begin My Paid Subscription” to save and apply the changes. Once you submit the form, your Route4Me route planner billing information and payment method will be instantly updated as well as the corresponding email with additional details will be sent to your email address.
Update Billing Information and Payment Method from the Billing Portal
If you are using Route4Me’s Billing Portal for the first time, you need to set up a new password to access it. The password to the Billing Portal is not the same as the password to your Route4Me Web Account.
NOTE: You do not need to create a new account on Route4Me’s Billing Portal but only reset and set up a new password if you are using the portal for the first time. To set up a new password for the Billing Portal, first, click “Forgot your password?” on the main sign-in page (if you have logged into the Billing Portal before, you may skip the steps below and enter your password directly).
Next, input the email address that is associated with your Route4Me Web account into the corresponding field and click “Submit“.
Then, open the email with a reset link and click “Reset Your Password” respectively. The password that you set up by following the link will only allow you to create a new password for the Route4Me Billing Portal, while the password to your Route4Me Web account will remain unchanged.
Next, create and confirm your new password in the corresponding fields and click “Submit” to finish.
After that, you can log into the Billing Portal and update your Route4Me route planner billing information and payment method respectively.
On the main page of Route4Me’s Billing Portal:
- If you want to update your billing information, click “Edit” in the “Billing Information” tab;
- If you want to update your payment method, click “Need to Change Payment Method?” respectively.
Next, fill out your billing information in the corresponding fields and click “Update“.
After that, input the preferred payment method into the corresponding fields and click “Update” to save and apply the changes.
