Feature Manager – Enable and Disable Add-Ons and Modules
With Route4Me’s Feature Manager, you can easily customize your Enterprise Route Optimization Software Solution. Specifically, you can use the Feature Manager to enable additional features and add-ons for your account. First, go to “My Account” and then “Feature Manager” from the main menu. Next, in the “My Packages” tab, you can check the details about your current subscription package. To upgrade or change your subscription package, click on the “Upgrade / Change Package” button.
Next, in the “My Add-Ons” tab, you can view and manage the add-ons enabled on your account. Additionally, you can enable and disable add-ons for your account. For your convenience, add-ons are separated by Marketplace categories. Next to each add-on, you can check its price, and click on the “Learn More” button to learn more about its features.
You can use the search and categories on the right side of the screen to navigate through Route4Me’s Add-Ons Marketplace. To do so, simply click on the preferred category to open category add-ons or use the search to search for add-ons by keyword. To enable an add-on, simply click on the “Enable” button next to the preferred add-on. After that, this add-on will be instantly enabled for your account, added to your subscription, and you can use it right away.
Accordingly, to disable an add-on, click on the “My Add-Ons” button on the right side of the screen. Next, simply click on the “Disable” button next to the preferred add-on. After that, the add-on will be instantly deactivated and removed from your subscription based on Route4Me’s Terms of Service.
Subscription Management – Plan Details, Due Dates, Billing and Payment Method
To manage your Route4Me Marketplace Subscription, go to “My Account” and then “Subscription” from the main menu. Accordingly, in the “Overview” tab, you can check the summary of your subscription with your plan name, due date, payment method, and other details. NOTE: If your “Subscription” screen is different from the examples provided in this guide and you need help managing your subscription, please Contact Route4Me’s Support Team.
Billing History – Pending, Paid, Failed and Past Due Subscription Invoices
Next, in the “Billing History” tab, you can check your invoices and billing history. Specifically, Pending, Paid, Failed, and Past Due invoices. To open the details of an invoice, simply click on the invoice. Additionally, you can download opened invoices.
Billing Information – Update Subscription Billing Address Details
In the “Billing Info” tab, you can check and update your billing address and other billing details.
Payment Method – Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay and ACH
In the “Payment Method” tab, you can check and change your payment method. To check or edit your payment method, simply click on the “Edit” button next to your current payment method.
Next, you can update the details of your current payment method. To change your current payment method, simply select another preferred payment method in the respective dropdown list and then provide the required information. In detail, Route4Me supports the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Automated Clearing House (ACH).

Route4Me offers Marketplace Subscriptions and Mobile Subscriptions. Route4Me’s Marketplace Subscriptions support the Route4Me Web Platform access and Mobile Driver Apps connectivity. On the other hand, Mobile Apps Subscriptions support only the Mobile App access and don’t support the Route4Me Web Platform access.
