SMS & Email Notifications – Shopify Curbside Pickup App
Customize your Shopify curbside pickup notifications to automatically send your customers a link to Route4Me’s self-service Order Pickup Tracking Page. All you need to do is copy and paste the Route4Me tracking link into your Shopify store’s Ready for Pickup SMS and Email notifications. After that, your customers will receive SMS and Email notifications with an automatically inserted and customized link to their curbside pickup order.

SMS and Email Shopify Curbside Pickup Notifications
To customize your Shopify store’s Ready for Pickup notifications, open Route4Me’s Curbside Pickup and Store Collect app. Next, go to “Getting Started” in the app’s main menu and then open the “Customer Notifications Settings” tab. After that, copy the Route4Me code from the respective fields and insert it within your store’s Ready for Pickup notifications’ HTML body code. Equally important, you can open and adjust your store’s pickup notifications through the app’s “Getting Started” tab at any time.

SMS Notifications for Shopify Curbside Pickup Order Tracking
You can send automated Ready for Pickup SMS Messaging notifications with an automatically inserted link to Route4Me’s Curbside Pickup Order Tracking Page.
To do so, go to “Getting Started” in the app’s main menu and then open the “Customer Notifications Settings” tab. After that, copy the Route4Me SMS Code from the respective field and then click on the “Open Shopify Settings” button.
Next, the app will open your Shopify store’s “Ready for Pickup” notifications. After that, open the “SMS” tab and then place the copied Route4Me code with the tracking link within the HTML body code in the “Content” field. After that, click on the “Save” button to apply the changes.
Additionally, you can add other details and variables to your Ready for Pickup SMS messaging notifications.
NOTE: The SMS Messaging notifications in your store are sent through and charged for by Shopify. Therefore, you can learn more about Shopify’s SMS Messaging notifications in the Shopify Help Center.
Accordingly, when you mark an order as “Ready for Pickup” in your Shopify store, your store sends the respective SMS notification with the Route4Me link to the associated customer.
Additionally, Route4Me automatically adds the customer’s order tracking number to the inserted order tracking link. Then, the customer can use the received link to open their order on Route4Me’s Order Tracking Page.
Email Notifications for Shopify Curbside Pickup Order Tracking
Similarly, you can send the Ready for Pickup Email notifications with an automatically inserted link to Route4Me’s Curbside Pickup Order Tracking Page.
First, go to “Getting Started” in the app’s main menu and then open the “Customer Notifications Settings” tab. Then, copy the Route4Me Email code from the respective field and then click on the “Open Shopify Settings” button.
Next, the app will open your Shopify store’s “Ready for Pickup” notifications settings. After that, go to the “Email” tab and then insert the copied Route4Me code with the tracking link within the “Content” field as shown in the image below. Then, click on the “Save” button to update your email notifications. Also, you can add other details and variables to your email order notifications. You can Copy Route4Me’s Ready for Pickup Shopify Notifications Email Template with the already inserted tracking link.
Correspondingly, when you mark an order in your Shopify store as Ready for Pickup, your store sends the respective email notification to the associated customer. Route4Me will automatically add the customer’s order number to their curbside order tracking link. Then, the customer can use the received link to open their order on Route4Me’s Order Tracking Page.
