Insert Recent Addresses into Different Routes – Android
With Route4Me Android Route Planner, you can effortlessly insert your customers’ locations into planned routes and increase the mobility and flexibility of your business operations. Using “Recents” (recently used addresses) is a shortcut for quickly inserting the same addresses or stops into different routes. The list of “Recents” can be comprised of the contacts from the Address Book that were recently inserted into a particular route, the stops/destinations that were recently added within a route, etc.
To insert a recently used address or contact into a particular route, first, you need to make this route the “Current Route” by opening it. To do so, first, go to “My Routes” from the navigation menu.
Next, tap on any route that you want to open.
After that, select the “Open Route” option from the corresponding menu.
Once you opened a particular route, you can start inserting the recently used addresses into it. To do so, first, go to “Recents” from the navigation menu.
The list of “Recents” can be comprised of the contacts from the Address Book that were recently inserted into a particular route, the stops/destinations that were recently added within a route, etc. On the “Recents” screen, tap on the address or contact that you want to insert into the current route.
Then, select “Add to Route” respectively.
Once the recently used address or contact is successfully inserted into the current route, the corresponding notification will indicate so at the bottom of the screen.
Repeat the process if you want to insert the same recently used addresses or contacts into different routes.
To remove a particular recently used address or contact from the “Recents” list, tap on it and select “Delete” respectively. Removing addresses from the “Recents” list removes them from the corresponding list only, and does not delete them from your Address Book.
