Select Pricing Package – Route4Me Subscription Package Pricing

On Route4Me’s Pricing Page, you can find the available Route4Me Subscription Packages and their pricing. To start your subscription, simply select the preferred plan and get a free route planning software trial. To learn more about the features included in each package, click on the “Compare Features” dropdown list under the packages. Additionally, you can select Commercial Truck Compliant Routing packages by clicking the “Commercial Truck Packages” toggle button.

Once you’ve selected a package, you’ll see a preview of the total price and can proceed to registration and account creation right away by starting your free route planner trial. Simply click the “Begin Free Test Drive Trial” button. Additionally, you can adjust the number of routing team users you plan to include in your subscription and see the corresponding subscription pricing by clicking the “Estimate Price” button.

Customize Subscription And Share Quote – Go To Add-Ons Marketplace To Add Features And Share Subscription Pricing Quote

You can also add various Route4Me Add-Ons and Modules to create the best route planning software solution. From the “Estimate Price” or “Share Quote” pop-up, click “Explore Route4Me platform add-ons” to open the Add-on Marketplace where you can add different features and add-ons to your subscription package.

To add specific add-ons and modules to your subscription, simply click the “Add to Cart” button. Some add-ons may require you to Contact Route4Me Support. You can do so after you finish the registration process explained further in this guide.

After you’ve customized the subscription package according to your preferences, you can share subscription details with team members, managers, investors, and other users via email. To do so, click on the “Share Quote” button. After that, you can get an overview of the subscription and enter recipient email addresses. Recipients will receive an email with the subscription pricing, included add-ons and modules, and other subscription details. You can also proceed directly to account creation by clicking “Start Trial” in the Share Quote pop-up.

NOTE: For your convenience, the “Share Quote“, “Estimate Price“, and “Start Trial” buttons are all available on the Subscription Package and Pricing page and the Marketplace.

Account Registration – Create Route4Me Account With Single Sign-On Or Email Address

After starting your free route planner trial, you can register for a Route4Me account using the preferred sign-up method. For your convenience, you can use fast and secure authentication methods like Google Workspace Single Sign-On (Google SSO), GitHub SSO, Apple ID SSO, and Microsoft Azure SSO. After that, you’ll have one-click access to your Route4Me account. Alternatively, you can sign up using your email address. To do so, click “Or Create Account With Email” below the SSO options.

Next, enter your details, create a password, and click the “Continue” button. For your account security, you will be required to confirm your email address and phone number during the account registration process.

Trial End And Purchase – Start Subscription After Free Route Planner Trial

After selecting a package, enabling add-ons, and registering your account, you automatically get a free route planning software trial. To check your trial details, go to “Account” and “Subscription” from the Navigation Menu. There, you can check the remaining time of your free route planner trial and the enabled add-ons and modules.

When your trial expires, you’ll be prompted to continue your subscription. To do so, follow the instructions in the automatic account notification. Alternatively, go to the “Subscription” page and click the “Checkout” button.

Route4Me Free Route Optimization Software Trial: Use your route planning subscription for free for seven days, and then check out to get a paid plan.

 

After that, you can check your subscription details and pricing, enter your details, and select the preferred payment method. You can use a Credit Card, Amazon Pay, or Automated Clearing House (ACH). You can easily change and update your billing details and payment method in settings later.

Feature Manager – Enable And Manage Account Features And Add-Ons

With the Feature Manager, you can easily customize your enterprise route optimization software solution, add additional features, and enable add-ons for your account.

Go to “Account” and then “Feature Manager” from the Navigation Menu. Click the “Add-Ons” tab to view and manage the add-ons and account features. Add-ons are grouped by Marketplace category on the left, and you can easily find them by browsing categories or using the search bar.

Manage last mile route optimization software subscription, enable and disable add-ons and modules using Route4Me's Feature Manager.

 

To enable an add-on, simply click the “Enable” button. The add-on will be instantly enabled for your account, added to your subscription, and you can use it right away.

Click the “Disable” button to deactivate an Add-on, and it will instantly be deactivated and removed from your subscription based on Route4Me’s Terms of Service. Additionally, click the “Learn More” button next to see additional information.

Subscription Package – Upgrade Or Change Your Route4Me Web Subscription Package

To manage your Route4Me Subscription Package, go to “Account” and then “Feature Manager” from the Navigation Menu. In the “Packages” tab, you can check the summary of your subscription with your plan name and cost details.

Click the “Upgrade/Change Package” button to open the Route4Me Pricing Page where you can adjust your package details as described earlier in this guide.

Billing Details – Billing History, Payment Info And Payment Method Settings

You can easily view your billing history, payment info, and change your payment method. Go to “Account” and then “Subscription” from the Navigation Menu to open your Subscription Page.
