Viewing Your Address Book Contacts on an iPhone

The Address Book is where you store contacts you need to visit on regular basis. It provides a centralized database of all your contacts and can be accessed through the iPhone app.

To access the Address Book, tap “More” at the bottom of the screen, to bring up more menu options, then select “Synced Address Book.”

Viewing a Contact in the Address Book List

Your mobile address book list displays the alias, address, and color assigned to each contact.

You can find a specific contact by scrolling through the list or by using the search field.

Type in the address, alias, or any of the additional custom data to bring up the contact.

You can tap on a contact to view and edit additional details, such as customer name, phone number or email.

Viewing a Contact on the Address Book Map

Tap the map icon at the top-right of the screen to view your contacts on a map.

Each contact is displayed as a pin on the map. The color of the pins corresponds to that which you set in the address book section of the Route4Me web app.

The address list is available at the bottom of the screen. You can swipe left or right to browse through your addresses.

You can pinch to zoom in and out of the map.

Tap on a pin to view the details associated with the corresponding contact (including any custom data you added when you uploaded the contact to your address book).
