Using Route4Me’s Activity Feed for Monitoring Your Routing Activities
Route4Me’s Activity Feed is a useful tool for monitoring all your route planning activities. The Activity Feed allows you to trace all actions that are performed on your Route4Me account. You can use the Activity Feed to analyze your route planning and dispatching operations, as well as the progress of your entire team. You can also use other analytics tools provided by Route4Me.
To access the Activity Feed, go to the “Analytics” tab in the navigation menu and select “Activity Feed.”
On the Activity Feed screen there are 2 main sections for monitoring your routing activities:
Filters and the Route4Me’s search engine to filter and find specific activities;
The main section where you can see the filtered activities.
Use “Search in Team Activity” to look for specific information within the activity feed. You can type in keywords that might be contained in the activity that you are looking for. This feature allows you to monitor your and your team’s route planning activities.
Use “Filter by Member” to display the activities that were performed by a specific member of your team. You can type in the name of the user into the filter or click on the field and selected a user from the list.
Use “Filter by Type” to select and display one of the predefined activity types. This filter allows you to monitor the progress of your team within one specific activity type.
Use “Filter by Date” to display the activities for a specific time interval. You can choose one of the predefined time intervals or type it in manually in the “Custom” field.
Depending on the filters that you use, there might be more than several pages of the activities displayed. Navigate through the pages at the bottom of the screen.
You can export CSV files with your activities. To do so, click on the “Download CSV” button at the top of the screen.
You can also view the activity feed for each route in the Route Editor . Open the route in which you want to open the Activity Feed.
In the Route Editor:
Open the “Map Settings” and check the box next to “Activity Feed;”
The Activity Feed will open on the right side of the screen.
