Share Quote – Route4Me Marketplace Subscriptions Pricing

Route4Me’s Quote Sharing feature allows you to select a preassembled Routing Package or create a Custom Package and share the corresponding Subscription quote with your team members or partners. The shared quote contains the list of all included Modules and/or Add-Ons and Subscription price details, as well as the self-service registration URL/form for creating a new Route4Me account with the exact same features and capabilities as specified in the given shared quote. Thus, for example, you may want your Route4Me Routing Expert to configure a custom solution for your particular business requirements or unique business model and send you a registration URL with all Subscription Modules/Add-Ons already included and all settings already adjusted. Alternatively, you may need to configure your own custom Subscription and send a quote with the corresponding registration URL to the accounting department at your organization and have them fill out the required business details and set up the preferred billing method.

On the Route4Me Web Platform, you can share the quote of a particular preassembled Subscription Package or a custom-assembled Marketplace Solution. To share the quote of a particular preassembled Subscription Package, first, go to “Pricing” from the main page and then select the preferred Subscription Package.

After selecting the preferred Subscription Package, click on the “Share Quote” button on the right side.

After that, you can check what Modules and Add-Ons are included into the selected Subscription Package before sharing the corresponding quote. Next, define the Estimated Number of Team Members/Vehicles and then click on the “Continue” button to proceed. To share the quote of a Custom Solution Subscription assembled on the Route4Me Marketplace, first, go to “Marketplace” from Route4Me’s main page and then click on the “Explore Marketplace” button.

Next, navigate through different Marketplace categories using the menu on the left and assemble a Custom Solution Subscription by adding the preferred Modules and Add-Ons to the shopping cart.

After adding the preferred Add-Ons and Modules to your shopping cart and assembling a Custom Solution Subscription, click on the “Share Quote” button in the shopping cart on the right side of the Marketplace to share the quote of the assembled solution.

Before sharing the quote, you need to define the Estimated Number of Team Members/Vehicles, and depending on the selected Modules and Add-Ons, you may need to define the Estimated Number of Drivers (for pre-asset Modules and Add-Ons only):

• Estimated Number of Team Members/Vehicles is the estimated number of team members (users of any type) and vehicles that are expected to be created in the Route4Me account that will be created using the given shared quote. By default, during the trial period, there is no limit on the number of created users/vehicles. After the trial period expires, all Subscription Types can have up to 10 free users/vehicles. Once the limit of free users/vehicles is exceeded, you can add an unlimited number of users/vehicles at $10 for each additional user/vehicle. You should predefine the Estimated Number of Team Members/Vehicles to have a realistic price estimation of the given Subscription.
• Estimated Number of Drivers is the estimated number of Drivers (Driver Route4Me User Type) expected to be created in the Route4Me account that will be created using the given shared quote. Certain Modules and Add-Ons on the Route4Me Marketplace are billed for on the “Per-Asset” monthly basis. Unlike per-month Modules and Add-Ons that have a preset monthly price for the entire company, per-asset Modules and Add-Ons have a preset monthly price for each additional Driver that is using a given Module and/or Add-On. You need to specify the Estimated Number of Drivers for the corresponding number of Drivers (users) to be able to use the included per-asset Module(s) or Add-On(s).

For example, you can have 10 users/vehicles associated with your Route4Me account, and only 5 of them can be using a particular per-asset Module or Add-On. Thus, when a given Subscription includes one or multiple per-asset Modules or Add-Ons, you need to specify the Estimated Number of Team Members/Vehicles (users of all types) and the Estimated Number of Drivers (users that will be using the included per-asset Module(s) or Add-On(s)).

After specifying the Estimated Number of Team Members/Vehicles and the Estimated Number of Drivers, click on the “Continue” button to proceed.

Next, input one or multiple email addresses of the team members or partners who you want to share the corresponding quote with, add an optional message or comment, and then click on the “Share Quote Now” button.

When the specified team members or partners receive the shared quote, they will get the list of all included Modules and/or Add-Ons, price details of each included Module and/or Add-On, the information about the number of included users/vehicles and/or Drivers, the estimated total price of the Subscription, and other relevant details. For more convenience, all shared quotes also contain a PDF file with the quote details that can be printed, forwarded, or shared with other team members.

To register for a new Route4Me account with the Subscription Plan specified in the received shared quote, the recipient needs to click on the “Open Quote in Browser” button in the received email.

After that, the recipient will go through the regular registration process using the preferred authentication method.

Once the account is created, this account’s Subscription will automatically include the exact same Module(s) and/or Add-On(s) as specified in the shared quote. By default, after creating a new Route4Me account based on the shared quote, this account’s Subscription is set to a free 7-day trial period. After registering for a new Route4Me account, you can specify your billing details at any time during the trial period. To make sure that you can seamlessly continue using your Subscription after the expiration of your trial period, it’s recommended to specify your billing information in advance.
