Customizing the Summary Table


The summary table provides a detailed overview of relevant metrics for each route. It is displayed at the bottom of the route map in the Route Editor and in the Routes Map for selected routes. The values in all columns are updated in real time as the drivers progress through the route.

You can modify the default columns displayed in the summary table to only show relevant routing data. Click the gear icon to on the far left of the summary table to customize it.

Alternatively, you can click “View” → “Customize Summary Table Columns”.

The information is organized into six tabs: Operational, Utilization, Distance, Time, Rates and Density. If you want to view data from all columns associated with a tab, click the check-box next to the tab name.

You can also check or uncheck the boxes relating to each of the columns branched under a specific tab. Only checked columns will be displayed in the summary table.

A detailed explanation of each summary table column is available below.

Operational Progress The percentage of visited stops
Operational # of Stops The total number of stops / destinations on the route
Vehicle Utilization Cost The cost expected to incur for the route
Vehicle Utilization Fuel Cost The total cost of the fuel consumed for the route
Vehicle Utilization Cube The total cubic volume for the route
Vehicle Utilization Pieces The total number of pieces being picked up or dropped off on the route
Vehicle Utilization Revenue The total revenue the route is expected to generate
Vehicle Utilization Weight The total weight being picked up or dropped off on the route
Distance Estimated Distance The total planned distance for the route
Distance Actual Traveled Distance The distance traveled by the driver on the route at a given point or upon route completion
Time Estimated Travel Time The total planned travel time for the route
Time Actual Travel Time The travel time spent on the route by the driver at a given point or upon route completion
Time Wait Time The total amount of time that is spent waiting at all locations (e.g. arriving early for a time window)
Time Stem In The time it takes to get from the depot to the first stop
Time Stem Out The time it takes to get to the depot from the last stop
Time Time in Traffic The total time spent by the driver in traffic
Time Total Service Time The estimated amount of time spent servicing all destinations
Time Actual Time on Site The actual amount of time spent servicing all destinations (e.g. calculated based on visited and departed time)
Time Total Time The estimated total duration for the route
Rates Cost/Mile The total sum of all the costs divided by the total route distance
Rates Profit/Mile The total sum of all the per-address / per-stop profits divided by the total route distance
Density Stops / Distance Density The total number of unique addresses on the route divided by the total distance of the route
Density Stops / Hour Density The total number of unique addresses on the route divided by the total route duration
Density Transactions / Hour Density The total number of orders/items on the route divided by the total route duration
Density SPORH The estimated number of stops visited per on-road hour
Density TPORH The estimated transactions per on-road hour
Density Cubic / Stops Density The total sum of the cubic volume of all the orders/items on the route divided by the total stops on the route
Density Cubic / Distance Density The total sum of the cubic volume of all the orders/items on the route divided by the total distance of the route
Density Pieces / Distance Density The total sum of all the pieces in all the orders/items on the route divided by the total distance of the route
Density Weight / Distance Density The total sum of the weight in all the orders/items on the route divided by the total distance of the route
