Restoring Your Route4Me Mobile Subscription on an Android Device

Whenever you reinstall the Route4Me Android app, want to use your subscription on another Android device, update the software on your current device or get disconnected from your subscription for any reason, you can always restore your Route4Me subscription plan in a few simple steps. Before restoring your Route4Me subscription plan on an Android device, make sure that you are using the same Google Play account that you initially used for purchasing the corresponding subscription (using the Route4Me Android mobile app).

 

To restore your subscription on an Android device, first, log into your Route4Me account or create a new one. After that, either tap on the optimization icon in the top right corner of the screen or tap on the “Upgrade” button on any screen within the app.

Alternatively, go to “Settings” from the navigation menu.

Then, tap on the “Upgrade” button in the “Account” section.

After that, on the “Upgrade Now” screen, locate the subscription plan you want to restore and tap on it to open.

Then, scroll down to the subscription restoration section of the selected subscription plan. Once you tap on the “Restore Subscription” button, the app will automatically open the corresponding subscription in Google Play where you can manage it accordingly.

You can learn how to open and manage your Google Play subscriptions without opening the Route4Me mobile app on this Google Play Help page. On the “Manage subscription” screen in Google Play, tap on the “Restore” button to restore your Route4Me subscription.

After that, tap on the “Restore Subscription” button to confirm the restoration.

NOTE: Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are linked to your Google account and billed through Google Play respectively. To use the subscription purchased through Google Play on iOS devices (iPhone or iPad), log into your Route4Me account using the Route4Me iOS app and your subscription will be automatically resumed (but still billed to you through Google Play).
