Resetting the Password to Your Route4Me Web Account
In case you cannot log into your Route4Me account, or you forgot your password, you can always reset it. To reset your password when logged out of your account, first, click “Login” on the front page.
Next, click “Forgot Password?” on the main sign-in page.
Then, input the email address associated with your Route4Me account into the corresponding field and click “Reset Password” respectively.
A secure reset link will be sent to the provided email address. Once you receive the corresponding email, follow the enclosed reset link respectively.
After that, first, confirm the email address associated with your Route4Me account. Then, create and confirm the new password in the corresponding fields, and click “Set New Password” to finish.
Once the password is reset, the corresponding secure message will be sent to your email address. Finally, use your new password to log into your Route4Me account.
Alternatively, you can change the password to your Route4Me account when you are logged in. To do so, first, go to “Account Settings” from the navigation menu.
Then, scroll to the section with your contact information where you can set and confirm the new password in the corresponding fields. Finally, click “Save” to reset your password.
