Dial and Call Team Members on iOS Route Planner App

Route4Me’s iPhone Route Planner enables you to build a well-structured and easily-manageable network of users and orchestrate your entire mobile workforce on the go (learn more). To make sure that you can effortlessly reach your team members at any time without having to waste your time and effort on looking for the right phone number, you are able to dial all users that are associated with your account right from the Route4Me iPhone app with just a touch of a button.

To dial the phone number of a particular team member using the Route4Me iPhone app, first, go to “More” from the navigation menu and then select “Team” to open the list of all existing users associated with your Route4Me account (learn more).

Next, tap to open the profile of the user that you want to call and then scroll to the section with the user’s phone number accordingly.

In the “Extended User Settings” section, tap on the available phone number in the corresponding field to dial the user and then tap “Call” when prompted.

To dial the phone number of a particular team member from the GPS Tracking map, first, go to “More” from the navigation menu and then select “GPS Tracking” from the list.

Next, tap on the user on the map that you want to call to open the corresponding information window. After that, tap on the available phone number in the corresponding field to dial the user and then tap “Call” when prompted.

NOTE: The Route4Me iPhone app only dials the phone numbers of your users and all calls made from your Route4Me iPhone app are charged by your service provider accordingly.
