Making Outbound Calls to Contacts and Customers from Your Route4Me Synced Address Book Using the Route4Me iPhone App
Route4Me’s iPhone Route Planner is designed to make your routing operations as fast and flexible as possible, focusing on the efficiency of your transactions. Whenever your drivers are out in the field or dispatchers are back at the office, both can use the near real-time synchronized Address Book Map for making outbound calls to the prospects and contacts associated with particular addresses. Making calls from the Route4Me Synced Address Book Map enables you and your team to get a spatial representation of the customers that you want to call and save a significant amount of valuable time by eliminating the need to manually look for and dial each customer.
To call customers or prospects from your Route4Me Synced Address Book, first, go to “More” from the navigation menu and then select “Address Book” from the list.
Next, tap on the map icon in the top right corner of the “Address Book” screen to open and view all your addresses and contacts on the interactive map.
After that, tap on the contact or address on the map that you want to call. Next, tap on the available phone number in the corresponding details window of the selected address and then tap “Call” when prompted.
To edit the phone number associated with the selected address, first, tap on the edit icon in the corresponding details window. After that, tap on the “Edit” button in the top right corner of the screen and make the preferred changes accordingly. To save the modified phone number, tap on the “Done” button in the top right corner of the screen. NOTE: The Route4Me iPhone app only dials the phone numbers associated with your Route4Me Synced Address Book contacts and all calls made from your Route4Me iPhone app are charged by your service provider accordingly.
